I was sad when Revolution discontinued the Conceal and Perfect foundation, and I didn’t love the IRL foundation, but I think I like this one even more. Great range of shades and easy to apply. This is a great cruelty free dupe for the EL DoubleWear foundation. It’s slightly dewier than the DW but I like that. Doesn’t emphasize my dry skin in the winter and doesn’t melt off my face in the summer. It does have a light scent (again similar to the DW) but it doesn’t linger. Hope they never discontinue this one!

I have tried many different foundations over the years but this is now my go to! offering great coverage but not too cakey goes on smoothly offering the hydration that mature skin requires.

I’ve been using Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation for a decade. I do love it, but had to cut some costs earlier this year so I did some research and opted for this. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. It’s amazing—but just need to note that I use DW a little differently. I add a bit of moisturizer to it so it’s more of a satin finish. That’s what this is. I will be using this from now on because it lasts 12 hours without melting off and looks great for the duration + it’s 1/3 of the cost!

Definitely a foundation revolution! Designer lines - take notice!
Some reviewers said this foundation is watery. It isn’t, but the key is to shake the bottle as stated in directions. If you don’t, unwrap it, and just pump out product - the first pump will not be the proper consistency. Also, be sure to exfoliate (weekly) and use a decent non-oily moisturizer before using this or any foundation. If you don’t, skin will absorb liquid from foundation for its hydration. This causes splotchy foundation because it sticks to dry spots. I’m older, have some fine lines and uneven skin tone. This foundation is extremely buildable and covers most of my age spots. I only use a tiny drop more to cover spotty areas, if needed. It dries nicely, smooth, without settling, separating or leaving a line of demarcation at the jaw. I have worn every foundation imaginable in every price range. But, this foundation’s coverage looks like perfected skin. Definitely compliments my mature skin with age spots! Great price point as well, which makes experimenting with different colors for color matching, doable. Highly recommend! Just remember: shake the bottle … begin with clean skin … exfoliate weekly … moisturize (let dry), and then apply! Good luck! :)

Hi there, wanted to leave a review that you can trust. I am a girlie who has been using MAC since jr high school. Stayed with them through all of their formula changes & all. So as we all know MAC make-up can get pricey when you use it everyday or even every other etc. So I did some research, looked into why how it makes MAC NC12 my color etc. So I looked up & found a match to Revolution F2 fr me. This is literally a MAC dupe. It’s silky, it smells good, you can wear it light or you can build it up for more coverage. Also, MATTE does not work for me, so this is not the MATTE version.

Can't figure out the right color
I don’t know how you’re supposed to figure out what color you need. I bought something based on looking at the charts and trying to see through the bottle. The color through the glass has nothing to do with the color of the make up. That is definitely not sufficient. I ended up getting something too dark and will not be purchasing again to try to find the right color. I don’t understand why this company makes it so hard to figure out what color you’re buying. What a waste of money! I will not make this same mistake again.

Magical Serum and it smells really nice!

I did not like this Foundation it was just dry looking, I put it on my skin it was not smooth, it didn’t sit well on my skin .. Unflattering and did not look good on my face, not good for skin that’s dry and over 60.
