Poor quality

The handle wore out the hole in the metal bracket it attaches to, and now it spins freely. We had it for about 6 months before it broke. I’ll be looking to replace it with another brand since it doesn’t seem as if there is an easy or affordable way to repair it.

Kernel

Before putting the kernels into the machine for popping please put in the freezer for best popcorn results.
