Good for rugs not for hard surfaces
I do love this tool for my rug. My husband was skeptical at first but after he took a pass with it he was so surprised with how it tackled husky hair. I give it a 3 because the rubber blade part is half off and it’s just easier for me to try and glue it back together than ship it back right now

Every pet owner should buy this!!!
We were shocked by how effective this is and how much "hidden" hair it easily extracted from our Persian rugs. Ordered the small one first just to test it out and was so impressed that we ordered the larger one. Every family with a pet that sheds should definitely own one of these. A+ and 5 stars for sure.

I bought this thinking that my living room probably needed a good cleaning with ur Uproot Cleaner Xtra. As it turns out my Rhumba has been doing a better job than I thought it would. I didn't come up with any dog hair even though our dog sheds like crazy.

Disapointed
Does not work as well as the small hand held one. It doesn't go over the rugs as easily as the hand held one. Also dosen't pick up hair as well. I thought it would be just as good as the smaller one and I wouldn't have to be on my hands and knees. NOT SO.

Ok Hair Remover
I was didappointed that this didn't pick up the hair as well as was shown Yes, it removed hair but, I still have hair in my rugs. I vacuumed first. Then used this tool. Then vaccumed again. Still picking up hair. Nit wirth the money I oaid for this.

No matter what kind of vacuum you have it will not get all that pet hair, especially double coated pets! I use before vacuuming around bedding, vacuum does the rest.
