Q: Does the surface scratch easily?

  • A: Hello, Thank you for reaching out. Our wood furniture is finished with a lacquer top coat which adds to its beauty and helps preserve the color. No wood or wood finish is indestructible therefore, minor scratches can occur. We do have the following recommendations . - All liquids will damage lacquer finishes. - Never use cleaners that contain ammonia, abrasives, silicones or acetone. These chemicals will damage the lacquer finishes. - Avoid placing rubber or plastic on wood furniture, as their ingredients can react with lacquer finishes. Rubber feet found on the bottoms of clocks, lamps, etc. should be changed to felt. -Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading. Best regards,

    Poor quality & Unreasonable return window

    Ordered the white oak and very disappointed in the quality. It was delivered in late December and the wood is cracking on each curved corner vertically, roughly 5 inches on each sode. I'm not sure how solid wood can split like this but it looks terrible. The return window is past due by 30 or so days and now I'm stuck with it. Waste of money and time and would not trust the quality of this line.
