How to measure

  • Bust

    Measure across the fullest part of your bust, keeping tape measure level.

  • Torso

    Run tape measure from the top of your shoulder,between your legs & up again back to where you started.

  • Waist

    Bend slightly to one side. The crease is where your natural waistline is. Measure a comfortably loose, level line around that point.

  • Hip

    Stand with your feet together. Measure a level line around the fullest part of your hips & Seat.

  • Inseam

    Take a pair of pants that fit well. Now measure along the seam from the crotch to the leg opening.

    Not worth it

    Far from 'seamless' it is highly visible that there is a huge line going from one butt cheek to the other that there is a pad there and front of pad doesn't sit forward enough. the front of pad starts way back so ya bleed out up top onto everything. (light bleeder)

    I got them M, true to size. I was worried the padding started too far back, but I actually wore them to bed and the next day and didn’t have a single leak. My flow was medium heavy. I’m wondering for those who ordered a size up makes the padding go even further back and risks leaking? Of course they are still fairly new, but when compared to the Thinx for all period undies, the material in the Auden undies are so much more comfortable to me! I’m definitely going to buy 1-2 more!

    Waste of money

    I sized up and they were tight! The lining is also not long enough. Just terrible. Why would a company create undies that you have to size up in and still be too tight? Especially when it’s a product you use while on your period. It doesn’t make you feel good about yourself. These ended up in the trash after wearing for maybe 30 minutes

    Comfy, absorbent, and lightweight

    Super comfortable! Feel like regular underwear and not a diaper like some other brands. Absorbent too! After washing they dry quickly so you can wear them again. I sized up since I’m at the top of the lower size in the chart, and I think that helps since you’re typically bloated at this time of the month too.

    Very comfortable, but needs a longer gusset

    These areuch more comfortable than other brands of period panties I've tried. My biggest issue is the absorbent gusset isn't long enough. it needs to be at least 2 inches longer on both the front and back ends. For those nights where you sleep on you back and it rolls all the way back.

    Low Coverage

    Surprisingly comfortable after you get used to the feeling of the absorbent section. Definitely not seamless. The coverage on the back is pretty decent but it didn’t go to the front enough for it to be useful for me. Will be nice for just sitting around the house but I couldn’t wear them out without adding a pad or liner up front which defeats the purpose.

    Don't recommend

    Comfortable but not absorbent at all and no coverage in the front or up the back enough to sleep in. These may work if you have a very light flow but otherwise you will leak onto your pants/sheets.
