  • A: Hi Lori, the zipper lock is a small piece of material at the end of the zipper; both to open and close it completely, it needs to pass through that protective cover. To do this, it needs to be turned sideways and passed through carefully, thus preventing someone from opening the zipper quickly.

    Disappointed

    If you've owned a previous version of this bag you may be as disappointed as I was when I received mine today. I will keep it because it wears so well and t love the security features. But there is no back pocket, no pouch inside for glasses, no small inner pockets,and no slip-in next to the zipper for cell phone - I checked categully. It's hard to believe that the manufacturer thought these changes would increase buyer satisfaction.

    Peace of Mind

    Purchased right before a 21/2 mo EU trip and it’s been great fo far. Only thing is the cross body strap will twist on it self when you put it on in the cross body position .
