Q: Where do the cords connect to the pad. I would like them to connect on the bottom side and not the top. I would like heat for the complete top of the mattress.

The only negative thing I can say about this product is that the two ports at the foot of the bed for the cords to be plugged into is exactly where my feet are so it makes it uncomfortable.
