We recommend removing the leaves from the jar, rinsing them thoroughly and blanching them in plenty of boiling water for about a minute. Good!

There are so many grape leaves brands with nasty ingredients, and these are virtually the only ones we could find without things that don't belong in the human body (even though we rinse them before rolling grape leaves). The flavor was just as good as any others, and the tenderness and flavor were comparable to other easier-to-find in-store brands. Will be buying again, although these are a little more expensive than we'd like. Also, these arrived FAST, wel-packaged, and completely intact.
