The capsules are easy to swallow, tasteless, and did not give me heartburn or gas. Within 24 hours my stomach began to settle and the rumbles started to subside. It comes in capsule form, which I am familiar with. I experienced no negative side effects while taking the product. I wasn't experiencing any digestive issues at the time I took it, so I can't speak to how it would handle those. However, I think that it is a solid product to take for general health and wellness.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product with my 5 year old after they had some loose stools and an upset tummy. The product definitely helped provide some relief and help return stools back to normal. However, my child did not like the Tropical flavor (it smelled like Creamsicle and they said it was a vanilla orange flavor, which smelled good to me), so it was challenging to get them to drink the first packet. Sadly, due to their dislike with the flavor, I'm not sure if I could get them to try another packet later. If other flavor options were offered, I would definitely see if another flavor was more palatable.
