The psyllium pre probiotic fiber cinnamon spice is a great natural choice that doesn't effect the taste nor texture of my baked goods, and can easily be added into oatmeal, gf pancakes, yogurt, or added to fresh juices. We have been regular since using this product, that's saying a lot for my son who's had irregularity problems for years. This is a product we will be using for years to come

This is my second favorite flavor of the psyllium next to the original. This tastes really good in cinnamon muffins. A great way to add the powder without knowing it's in there!

We made a vegan (plant- based) apple crisp and used this cinnamon instead of just regular ground cinnamon. It was so much better! I loved the flavor a lot more- sweeter- and it made our dessert pop! It is something we will use each morning for our oatmeal.

What drew me to this was the health benefits and the extra pre and probiotics. I wish the cinnamon flavor was a little stronger as it just tasted earthy to me. I keep experimenting with different recipes using this but it overall is good.

This was surprisingly really yummy! I had never used psyllium fiber before and I baked it into a few recipes and although I was not sure how to use it at first and ruined a few batches, I was able to learn that you only need a little amount of this to spread into a recipe. (This also makes it a great value for the quantity you receive). This really changes the texture of recipes, so if you are experimenting on your own recipe, start slowly and add little by little. I thought the cinnamon spice taste was not overwhelming and I actually wouldn't have minded a bit more of it! Very tasty and delicious!

I made cinnamon muffins and the cinnamon in the psyllium really did well hiding itself in the recipe. It also didn't change the texture or the taste of the muffins which I was thrilled about.

I love the cinnamon added to this psyllium pro & prebiotic to aid in digestion and boosting immunity as well. A little goes a long way in a recipe. I tried this in the snickerdoodle recipe on the site and the recipe was a little dry and crumbly. I would adjust the recipe in adding more fat, and liquid.

A nice switch from generic psyllium. I have this in the Cinnamon Spice option. It smells wonderful and warming. The taste is like a spice cookie. I typically just add it to some water, stir and chug. No use letting it sit as it quickly gets gummy (as it should). Less water, more flavor. More water, less flavor. I am fine with whatever so long as I can drink it down quickly. I imagine it would be awesome added to oatmeal or when making muffins.
