I’ve been using these sleep buds for about a month now. I’ve been using Bose sleepbuds from when they came out. I went through 3 sets. The anker sleepbuds are ok. The Bose sleepbuds when working properly are far superior. These could be improved with better sound quality, better sounds, and an alarm with a snooze. The app is super weird too. If you’re looking for a way to block sounds, this will do the job. Just not as good as Bose.

No customer service and does not work
I purchased this bc I have tinnitus so I could use them at night bc I also have to sleep on my side. I contacted anker/soundcore bc all I could get was raining sounds . I went thru all the troubleshooting steps which they just kept telling me to do the same thing over and over again. Now one side does not work at all. They told me there was nothing they could do for me that I would have to contact Target(which shows they cannot be returned ) so now I have almost $100 earbuds that are worthless. Needless to say I will not be buying Anker/soundcore products anymore and will be rethinking my purchase of the Target Circle 360 next year.

Helpful info and honest review
For people saying they aren’t Bluetooth compatible, they are. They just don’t have a mic. Using the Soundcore app helps a lot. You can switch modes in there, among many other features, otherwise you have to tap on the earbuds. My right earbud stopped charging after 9 months so I submitted a warranty request in the app and after a few emails and a provided atracking number for the pair I shipped back free of charge I got a brand new pair of updated earbuds. I had to do that with a pair of over ear headphones (the Life Q20’s) and I got a brand new pair as well. If you have an issue that’s not your fault and it’s within 16 months of purchase and you have proof of purchase just submit a warranty through the app or email them. I’ve only had great experiences with their customer service. The only issue I still have is that the sleep report tells me I sleep on my stomach when I’m a back sleeper. Other than that I will not sleep without them. I love that you have two options of earbud tips. One is more of a noise cancellation and the other you can hear your surroundings more. Plus there are different sizes of both tips and wings to choose from. The battery life is great too. I could go on, especially about the app, but to sum it up they are great sleep headphones and if you’re not happy with them Anker/Soundcore has great customer service!

Fantastic sleep buds. Amazing after service
These are far far superior to the Bose buds I used to have. Been using them for a year to mask snoring and general noise as am a light sleeper. They are comfortable and work perfectly. Recently one bud was not charging past 40%. I was going to contact after sales when my app came up with a notification saying that it had detected a faulty device. It led me to an online form which I filled in and sent off, on New Year’s Eve at 1am. Next morning I awoke to an email telling me that a replacement had been dispatched. I have just now received my replacement set of buds on January 3rd !! I have never received better aftercare for any other product that I have ever bought. Well done Soundcore 👏👏👏

Poor Functionality
Bought a pair of these in Aug 2025 and whilst initially thought they were good, now starting to resent them. Often the Bluetooth connection gets lost from one or both ear phones, I keep them on charge all day but they have 0% battery when I start to use them, and sometimes i wake up and they’re not in my ear.

Leigh I totally agree. I too have used these earbuds for the past year without issue and after my latest firmware update the left ear bud wont hold a charge. I am hoping that I will receive an email from them very soon with a solution as this device is a lifesaver for me and I don't sleep well without it.

I purchased the Soundcore Sleep A20 earbuds about 6 months ago, and they have truly transformed my sleep experience. The comfort level is outstanding, with multiple ear tip sizes ensuring a perfect fit that I can wear for hours. Their effective noise-canceling feature blocks out ambient sounds, allowing me to enjoy soothing audio for a peaceful night's sleep. The battery life is impressive, lasting several nights on a single charge, and the intuitive touch controls make it easy to adjust settings. The only feature I wish I could add would be to add them to "Find My" on my Apple devices and also be able to play/pause when listening to music. They do definitely cancel out some noise or at least lessen the volume you can hear it. I have fake nails and they are quite hard to put in your ear, that is a me problem. I can sleep in them all night without discomfort.

Life Changing
I am a highly sensitive sleeper. I live in an older home with my family, so the walls are super thin and the floors and doors are very creaky at times, especially at night when it's quiet. It got to the point where any little noise would bother me and interrupt my sleep. I had a white noise machine, but it wasn't enough anymore. I decided to bite the bullet and buy these earbuds...and let me tell you....my life is changed. Now I know that sounds dramatic, but as someone who used to be brought to tears over not being able to sleep, how much more dramatic can you get (lol). I love the ability to change the sounds and sync an alarm, and I especially love how comfortable they are! As a side sleeper, they do not hurt my ears at all. Since purchasing these, my sleep has improved tenfold and I can finally fall asleep stress-free. Plus, I have been waking up so energized. Thank you Sleepcore!

Honestly because of these earbuds I have had the best sleep in years. I’m an extremely light sleeper and hear everything. So any light noise wakes me up. So far with these earbuds buds I haven’t had that problem. I usually wake up 10 times a night because of my dog walking around on are wood floors at night but now nothing. It’s been great!! Definitely worth the money!
