Q: Can these separate into two different beds if you no longer wanted the bunk bed?

  • A: Hello, This bed can be separated into two beds, however, the footboard on one of the beds will have that opening. Therefore, it is an aesthetic issue if you don't want the opening for your bed end.

Purchased "2" set of bunk

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased "2" set of bunk beds. One with stairs, the other with a ladder due to the size of the bedroom and "4" mattresses. Overall very happy with the quality of the beds. Solid wood, good hardware. Shipping is the challenge. While the beds were packed good, the risk of handling along the way is significant. Damaged parts delayed completing the room for two weeks. Replacement parts take time to get processed and shipped. When the parts arrived the shade of "white" was different. The headboard replacement has a "yellowed look" vs the rest of the bed.

Some gaps and piece not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some gaps and piece not lined up properly. The side bar for the top bunk has no support. There should be a piece of wood going vertical to give it more support. Where the top bunk meets the stairs is not supported either. For the amount of money this bed was, I thought it would be made better than what it is. I will not be making any further purchases with your company.

Great bed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the bunk bed so far! Putting it together was not too bad! The stairs actually took longer than the bed itself I would say. My tip is to pay attention what direction to place the top bunk on the bottom bunk because it makes a difference for the stairs to fit next to it! The bed seems sturdy as it’s made of heavy wood. The design is nice and the kids like it so far…no complaints. Love the little storage space under the stairs for their favorite stuffies. Overall, satisfied with the quality.

Twin over twin bunkbed with stairs

Beds are very well built, instructions manual could have been more useful if they would have used words, it was all pictures. Very stable beds and all the parts were enclosed.

Space saver for small room shared by two

I bought this as a gift for my two granddaughters who share a room. They moved up from crib and toddler beds so I'm sure they find these beds very spacious! My son found the putting together of the beds somewhat challenging - especially the steps, he said. I purposefully bought the beds with the steps feature because I didn't want an injury from falling off a ladder. I am happy with this purchase and hope it will be used by these two girls for many years.

I bought the bunkbeds for our grandchildren when they come spend the night. Really pleased with the bunk beds we purchased. Sturdy, well built, good quality. Husband is pretty handy but steps took a good bit of time to assemble. The 8"" mattresses we also purchased are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend this company.

Great bed, the instructions could use some help

The bunk bed is great and my boys really like it. The only issue I had during construction was when we got to the step to construct the stairs. The image in the instructions was extremely confusing. Very Escher-esque. Otherwise the beds went together very nicely.

Nice Purchase

Max and Lily's Twin over Twin with stairs was a wonderful purchase. The quality is really nice, my children love it and the look overall is great for the kids room. I gave 4 stars due to the fact that it was missing pieces and had to call and report it and so on. That was really annoying however, they took care of the issue immediately.

We love this bed!

This bunk bed is awesome! It was shipped in two large boxes and took 8 hrs for two people to put together. It takes up a reasonable amount of space in the room but freed up a lot of floor space. The beds and stairs feel very sturdy once put together. My kids love it and it looks beautiful in their room!

4 month review

Mixed feelings on this. Love the design and features, however it isn’t the most sturdy or stable. It creaks and wobbles despite me constantly checking the torque on the hex nuts. Also I noticed under the staircase white paint is falling to the carpet. I took a chance with this company and am now stuck with a bed that has some drawbacks and safety concerns.

Very, very pleased with the

Very, very pleased with the purchase. Gift for my Granddaughters. Quality above expectations. Stairs make it so easy to access the top bunk unlike ladder beds. Changed the atmosphere of the room to almost storybook. I don't put my name on social media. No offense but it's a dangerous thing to do. Thank you.

Great bunk bed!

We got bunk beds for our 4 and 2 year old!! I wanted the stairs to make it easier for them to get to the top bunk and we love how it turned out. Very sturdy and well made. I love that it gave an option the attach the stairs on the left or right side!!
