Sadly the vase was packaged poorly and arrived completely broken.

I should have trusted the reviews. Arrived in thousands of tiny pieces. So frustrating. Poor wrapping.

Absolutely in love with this vase but mine, like countless others, arrived shattered from poor packaging. It’s completely sold out so I could not get a replacement either. Target please do better & fix your shipment packaging issues! At this point there’s no excuse for such negligence when it’s been a known issue for so long. So disappointing.

It arrived shattered. I didn’t look around for my other items because there was a million pieces. It was a huge mess to clean up and so annoying having to throw it away. I tried pickup and it keeps saying out of stock. I went to the store since it said it was available to buy in store -nowhere to be found

I gave this 1 star because of the way Target ships this item. I’ve ordered this twice and both times it’s arrived shattered! The packaging is not sufficient to protect the vase during shipping! I am so disappointed it is sold out online and in all stores!

Either Target needs to learn how to package/ship things or I need to learn not to order anything other than clothes online.

Such a pretty vase, unfortunately it came shattered. I genuinely can’t understand why it was removed from the original protective packaging. Ordering online is such a gamble. I’ll just wait until the stores stock. Would only recommend purchasing in store.

The packaging process for fragile items is just horrible. My vase arrived in a crushed box and shattered.

I purchased both the 16" and the 9" vases. The scallop detail on the rim is beautiful and these are very well made. Can't wait to decorate with them for every season

Completely shattered. Wrapped in one layer of paper, it had no chance. I’d be shocked if any of these vases arrived intact, there’s no way! So sad.

I felt like I won the jackpot when I snagged what is sure to be the vases of the season. Imagine my huge disappointment when I lifted the box up and heard the sound of shattered ceramic. Why would Target not add bubble wrap and a significantly smaller box to prevent movement and damage? This is unacceptable Target. I would love to order at least the small one again since that's the only one in stock, but I can't trust that as a multi billion dollar company, you won't invest in bubble wrap and additional protection for fragile pieces. Do better!

I am in love with this vase. It is so beautiful. Get it before it’s gone!

So disappointed at how this time was packed. It was wrapped in paper, but placed in a large box with voting else around it to support it. They also literally threw my other two items in there. One was a brass tray and it was all scratched up. What a waste of materials, and time. And, sadly, this beautiful vase is now sold out and I couldn't get a replacement. Do better, Target!!!!

It’s stunning and absolutely massive. Definitely bigger than I thought based on online photos. I have it on the floor next to our tv credenza but would also look great front and center in our formal dining table or on an end table. I ordered online and had no issues. Mine was not packed in paper like the other reviewers. It had sturdy foam on all sides, top and bottom, six total. This reinforced the sides of the box and was very well packaged.

While the vase is gorgeous, it arrived in a huge box without being properly packaged for shipping. The vase was in pieces and we immediately returned to a local Target store for refund.
