Hylands Homeopathic Calms Forte

I've taken these probably five different times one tablet, sometimes two and then three. Do you do not seem to get me to go to sleep.

I have used this product for over 35 years. I first discovered it working, at a health food store back in the 1980's. I prefer it over Melatonin, although I sometimes use Melatonin when this is out of stock or unavailable. It has no ill side effects and is a natural product. It works well for me, why I try to keep it stocked in my house. I use it when needed, not everyday.

I will always keep this on hand. Helps me fall back asleep.

I don't sleep very many hours nightly. It is just who I am. When I want to make sure those few hours count, I use Calms Forte to put me in a deep sleep.

Have taken 2-6 tablets per day for 2 weeks. Has not affected my sleeplessness at all. Not worth taking.

I struggle with dissociative / derealization symptoms that are induced by the stress caused by traumatic experiences, hallucinations paranoia. Many turn to cannabis, alcohol and other substances to cope with their PTSD, but I implore anyone seeing this to try this instead of doing something so damaging to your body and mind. It's a genuine life saver! Additionally, in my personal experience, Hyland's Calms are non-flavoured, non addictive and do not contain any chemicals that will make you drowsy. They never make me tired, and have made me into a functional man again instead of the sack of meat that I have been for years. Sure, i shouldn't rely so heavily on them, but they're really a life saver from my perspective. I'd say thank you, but I doubt the people who made such a genius calming remedy will ever see this. I have been using Calms Forte for years when I’m about to encounter a stressful situation or shopping or travel. It subtly calms my jitters and anxiety. I’ve been buying it online as it’s hard to find around here.

Did not work for me or my mother. Felt absolutely nothing. I would have been upset if I had paid more money for it

Calms Forte does improve my sleep on restless nights.

My husband and I have both been using this for a while now. I find it helps me fall back to sleep after waking up in the middle of the night. I stopped using it for a short time and found that I wasn’t able to go back to sleep, started back with this and I’m now sleeping much better again. I only need one at bedtime, my husband usually needs 2. It’s safe, not habit forming and works for us. We now purchase the 100 count bottle.

I have never found a better product. I am amazed by the effectiveness, and how quickly it helps me get to sleep. I would recommend to anyone.

Since I started using (not needed every night) I have had much deeper and more restful sleep. If I do wake up, I have no trouble falling back to sleep.

Hello; Ive been taking Calms and Sleep for years and for some reason you have changed the formulation to swallow insted of under the tongue, im not sure why, the new formulation is not dissolvable under the tongue?
