    I am such a hard sleeper, and this has actually helped my body naturally get into a lighter sleep in the mornings, my mornings are less stressful and more productive. As someone with diagnosed insomnia falling asleep is a task but this helps my body to relax and fall asleep much faster!

    It’s not a want… it’s a need!

    My aura ring use to tell me I was “weight training” when I woke up every morning because my heart rate would sky rocket… not anymore! I wake up so peacefully and the gradual sunrise wakes me up so well. When I get ready for bed the calming music is so peaceful and then I have a built in bed time story. LIFE CHANGING!!! I recommend to everyone.

    Great alarm clock, Poor app experience

    I love the concept of this alarm clock, but the app needs so much work. There’s so much latency when turning an alarm on or updating settings in general and it gives a failure message twice before finally saving.

    Hatch for the stay asleep win

    Since using my Hatch I have been able to stay asleep each evening and if I do awake in the night I fall right back asleep. It has also allowed me to keep the TV off throughout the night.

    I wish you could link your own music

    The light options are great but the sound/ wake-up music choices are not good in my opinion. They do not get me out of bed. I wish i could link my Spotify or something to it. The white noises are great i use the fan setting when i fall asleep.

    So far, I’ve been a week screen free by using this hatch app. My therapist is even going to refer this product to her patients who doom scroll like I did. I must say my sleep has improved, I thought it would be harder to not pick up a phone to scroll in the middle of the night, but it’s actually been an easy change so far. I do wish that I could attach other links to hatch such as certain types of music, audiobooks, or I’m hoping Hatch will get more and more apps added. I’m still figuring it all out, but my favorite part is when I come into the bedroom and it has the jazz music playing with red light that I set up as a wind down that’s been my favorite part so far

    Not worth the cost coupled with the subscription fee

    The app is clunky and awkward with so many clicks to access each feature! For a product that touts “anti phone bedtime routine” you sure have to be on your phone for every. Single. Thing. I was most excited about the morning moment and the Restore 3 removed it. The paid subscription is incredibly frustrating as the clock because much less functional without the monthly fee. At such a premium price point, the company should offer a free library of alarm sounds. Placing a huge amount of the features behind a paywall feels dishonest and like a money grab. Because of the subscription feature and the very awkward app- I returned this clock

    Improves Sleep!!

    I purchased this for my mom for her birthday. I have an older model that has improved my sleep tremendously. We both absolutely love it! My favorite aspect of this alarm is the glowing sunrise feature which helps you have a more gentle, restful, tranquil, wake up vs a traditional alarm. I also like the white noise and other calming sounds you can play on the device. You do have to purchase their subscription for all the bells and whistles, which I am not a big fan of, but you understand why they do it. I think as a basic functioning alarm clock with calming sounds and sunrise feature it is worth it. I would highly recommend this product, and it's improved my sleep overall!

    Big mistake

    This product is useless without a subscription. If you think you can use it for free, you are wrong. For example, the free unwind “samplers” that are free are as short as 5 minutes, if available at all. The paid ones are close to an hour. Don’t make the same mistake as I did.
