Broke battery pack

I bought for my daughter’s birthday. Assembled and when to go add batteries and the screw would not come out of the battery pack to add batteries. The wires were loose and hanging out. Now there is no lights and sound highly dissatisfied

Cute toy, faulty elevator

Cute toy! Gave it to my 3 year old for her birthday and she loves it. Hours of independent play! The only thing that no other reviews mentioned is our elevator gets stuck and is hard to move up and down. She tries to move it and then it jolts and knocks down all the figures she has set up, which is frustrating for her. Otherwise, it’s adorable!

Missing pets shown on box

My daughter was very sad this Christmas morning when we found out that two of the pets shown on the front of the box are not included in the set, the black and white cat and the white puppy with bangs. I think it’s misleading to show more parts displayed on the front of the box than what’s actually included. There were her favorite, can you send them as well?

Wrong pieces

The slide part was completely unusable. It’s supposed to be 4 parts (A,B,C, and D). Ours came with only As and Cs so none of the pieces linked together.
