Could use improvement

I got this Happy Trails Plush Dinosaur rocking horse for my son as he's getting older and bored with his old toys. I am a mom of 4 boys and my oldest used to have a similar rocking horse so I thought what a good idea to get him this one. Unfortunately, it wasn't what we expected. Some pieces were difficult to put together, the back had a puff coming out(poor stitching). The ears are in different directions, appearing to be funny looking. The biggest disappointment it's a plane rocking horse. No sounds no music. Could use improvement. We ended up returning it back.
