I started see more effects with inches than with weight, which I am good with. I decided to go to the Burn Elite since I am more active. These are before and after I started using this. One month timeframe. I also workout 6 days a week and maintain a good nutritional program.

I tried this for a month (I purchased 3 bottles and am on the 2nd one) and have had zero effects from this :-( I was just looking to lose a few 2-3 lbs as I already work out consistently and eat well. Absolutely nothing has changed. :-( I am going to finish the whole 3 months

Did not lose any weight. In fact I gained 3lbs in 2 weeks. I was extremely hungry, more tired during the day, and couldn’t sleep at night, which induced an array of migraine. I felt better without the supplement than with it. Would not recommend.
