Just Awesome…Highly Recommend for Athletic.
I am 51 years old and I am running on tradmil machine from very long time but I felt some problem in my legs at the age of 50 year.As I use this company’s few product from last 2 to 3 years.Once I got a warning signal in my legs, immediately after than I checked in detail and found suitable product by myself ( Cartilage Collagen - Tablet ) Once start using this product, within couple of days I am feeling so good and till date without any kind of pain i can keep running 4 kms a day in gym and can do other workout too. All my symptoms like osteoarthritis or osteoporosis was gone.As per my observation It’s very important for all adults, age over and above 50 years old to protect their all joints until last.

Helped with shoulder injury!
I tore the labrum and 2 tendons in my shoulder. It was extremely painful to move my arm in certain directions. I was hoping to find a way to help ease it while I try to let it heal on its own. A friend recommended cartilage collagen. I already use the powder from vital protein so I added this. In my opinion it has helped and I will continue taking daily

Great for runners
I had been having so much knee pain with or without running. Started taking 4 of these pills a day and I no longer have any knee pain. I feel so strong on my runs as well. Highly recommend this for athletes or people who have minor aches and pain. After 5 days I felt pain free! The collagen water is also good as well. Definitely have to use this every day for it to work.

Works like a charm!
I subscribed to these pills a few months ago. After using them for a couple months, I noticed hat my knees weren't cracking when I walked up and down stairs. And when I run, my knees don't get sore any longer. Yay!! Way to go, Vital Proteins. :)

Great for recovery
I've been using Vital Proteins Cartilage Collagen for about 9months now and it's been so crucial to my recovery from not one but two car accidents. My right shoulder was in a lot of pain for months before I found Vital Proteins. After one month of taking the collagen my shoulder pain diminished along with help from my pt it made a world of a difference. I recommend it to anyone especially if you have any joint pain or strain. It's a great quality product and helped me relieve my pain so I'm sold.

Waiting on Results
I bought the Cartilage Collagen a month ago and I am still waiting for positive results. I hope I will not have to take it for 6 months to lessen the pain and improve my knees. I am taking also the Collagen Peptides and has worked very well on my skin and hair after 6 months of taking 20 g doses. I started taking 40 g per day and have seen better results when I increased the dose. Very good product to take and recommend it to everyone for better health.

Good but...
Do the directions REALLY say to take 4 capsules 1 to 3x a day? Is that correct? So to get the right amount of collagen or enough to really make a difference one needs to take 12 capsules every day? That just seems like a lot. And that’s if you’re not taking any other vitamins supplements or medication. I just can’t imagine taking all my other vitamins and supplements +12 of these.

It’s amazing

Better skin
I ordered the cartilage collagen a little bit ago, but it sat there for a while before I really started using it. I intended to use this product for post-workout recovery, however, it has served me with another purpose. I have a mild case of dermatitis around the creases of my nose. I noticed that once I started taking the cartilage collagen, the redness and scaling went away. I am not a doctor, but I did a little research on the amino acids in the product. It turns out most of them are very beneficial for skin hydration and pH levels. I have tried so many topical products (both chemical and natural) that did not work so I am extremely glad this product had a surprise side effect!
