    The Magnesium in powder form,

    The Magnesium in powder form, helps me to sleep through the night. I put it in a half cup of hot water with or without a bag of chamomile tea before bed.

    I really like this product.

I was taking a pill form of this, but this is much easier on my digestive system and has lessened my cravings for sweets! I also rest better. If you mix it in juice, the taste improves, but I tend to take it quickly like a shot.

    Doesn’t mix

    I really wanted to like this magnesium. Unfortunately, it doesn’t mix well at all. Ends up with clumps at the bottom of glass no matter what I do! Huge disappointment

    Magnesium is a good product

If anything, I would ask the company why such a large container for the amount of powder inside? And, it would be nice if the powder would dissolve better. But this is a good product.     First, this product did not mix well at all. It would clump up and simply not blend. After blending it with a handheld mixer, the taste was also nasty. I can work around bad flavor (we all have our likes and dislikes) but the combo of not mixing and tasting terrible means i placed it into the trashcan.

I feel pretty relaxed and calm with this blend and sleep better. Flavor is nice and it dissolves well in water. And for the price point I feel like it's a solid choice.

    I just wanna start off by saying a really like the blend of magnesium that is in this powder. I really liked this product, I thought it did what it was supposed to do so I can't complain about that. My main complaint is the taste, I'm not a big fan at all. It just go well in my opinion and it's a very faint flavor, which really bothers me. So I mix this powder, some electrolytes, and lions mane with a water flavor and drink it like that!
