Q: Is this set scratch proof or does flatware leave marks

  • A: Just ordered it on another website, was using a tiny knife to open the box and immediately scratched the surface. Same exact product. Buyer beware. If I could return it I would.

  • A: Our glazes are very durable so they are unlikely to scratch. However, residue left from your flatware can scuff the plates and leave grey lines that you may think are scratches, but they aren't. So, if you see what looks like a scuff (grey lines) making a paste from baking soda and water or we have even heard whitening toothpaste works!) and just buff out the scuff!
