Quality Color and Soft Feel

I am happy with the quality of color and soft plush feel of my Jill Zarin Rug. It lays nicely over the pad that I purchased and the edges are tightly stitched. When Rugs.com shipped the wrong rug, they quickly processed a correction and they covered the costs of shipping.

Packaging of Rug

Rug does not come rolled up. Instead it came wrapped and folded in several sections and it took several days to unfold and flatten out. The corners of the rug still aren’t flat and continue to pop up.
