I’ve been taking Ashwaganda before bed for a few years now to help with sleep issues due to Perimenopause. I came across this product and will not go back to my usual capsules. You can mix with cold water, but I like to do it with hot water to make a delicious hot “tea” before bed. Will definitely keep this on a subscription

So I never write reviews but I’m so in love with this powder that I felt the need to write one. I take this every night before bed and without fail, I’m asleep 30-40 minutes later. I’m sleeping through the night and waking up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed in the mornings and it has truly been a game changer for me. It also tastes amazing. I legitimately get so excited to do my bedtime routine now, because it’s like a little nighttime treat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Okay product. Was surprised to open the container and see it was only half full. Seems like a waste of packaging but tried to still be open minded. Product tastes okay, kinda like froot loops cereal not really like lavender in my opinion. I also did not feel any different. Perhaps you would need to consume it for over a month to see any results.
