Arrived broken twice - 1 with plastic shards in cooking bowl!

This is the 2nd machine I've returned (was a Christmas gift!). Both have been shipped in original manufacturer packaging - no extra box or cushioning. Both arrived broken. The first machine had multiple thin, sharp plastic shards inside of the cooking bowl (safety risk). This 2nd machine had a sizeable crack up the back casing. Both issues could have been avoided and are unacceptable for the nearly $100 price tag. I returned in person and logged a safety risk with an agent about the first one. Shame on Target and their 3rd party supplier for their lack of customer care and making the same mistakes multiple times. Call Quality Control and then do a 6Sigma on this - you are wasting your money on rework/reshipping and depleting Customer Satisfaction scores.

The item and delivery are good. The order page has bug, I changed the ship address to my current address, but it still deliver to my old address. The good thing is that is not far, I went to pick up and got it.
