Q: How to get rid of black dots on the silicone? It’s my second bottle where I got couple of black dots around silicone. I tried soaking in baking soda, vinegar and warm water for hours and it didn’t came off. The molds keep growing.

Q: Do either of the 22 or 32 oz bottles fit a car cup holder?

A: Hi there, Thanks for asking! The 22oz Pop and Fill bottle is sized to fit most standard car cup holders, so it usually works without an issue. The 32oz bottle is quite a bit larger, and while it may fit in some cars, it won’t fit in every vehicle’s cup holder since sizes can vary. If you’d like, the base diameter of the 32oz bottle is about [X inches/cm], so comparing that with your car’s cup holder measurement is the best way to be sure. Bottle leaks
I bought 4 of these water bottles it had all the features I wanted soft spout, stainless steel, handle, and a straw. I am I’m very disappointed, it keeps leaking. I place the seal perfect but when the kids fill it at school it leaks all over their bags. It has ruined numerous library books and school work. It has soaked my car seats. I love the bottle but wish the seal didn’t move out of place all the time.

The rubber parts on the lid get moldy within 24 hours. It is so disgusting and they do not stay clean. Plus the rubber parts are always shifting and the bottle leaks all the time. I've looked for replacement lids to try, but they are all sold out. I would not recommend this water bottle at all.

Ello Pop & Fill Is My Favorite Water Bottle
I’m not sure where these negative reviews are coming from. This is my very favorite water bottle and I’ve had a big and varied collection over the years. This bottle has recently been dropped no dents and it’s fallen over numerous times with no damage. The unique features it offers like pop & fill and a locking lid are so convenient. I told my husband I was going to resell all my other water bottles. I recently ordered an my 2nd Ello 🤍 and counting.

Water EVERWHERE
I’ve bought FOUR of these bottles, and EVERY one leaks. I have wasted so much water with them just by existing. Even if they’re just sitting there SOMEHOW the seal comes loose and it just starts leaking EVERYWHERE. I do not recommend. They are not made well, and spill VERY easily.

Not very happy with the product
I purchased the bottle in January, after few months of using it, the rubber part turned into mold. I have tried washing it with different products, but its not going away. As soon you pop the top it smells like mold. Does not recommend it.
