lid broke in less than 2 months
The water bottle design is really cool (love not having to remove the lid to refill it) and it keeps drinks cold. But the plastic lid broke in about a month. I got a replacement and the second one also lasted less than two months. I'd expect a water bottle that costs $30 to last way longer than that. The transparent plastic lid part needs to be replaced by a different, more durable material and/or a new design.

Fantastic bottle

I thought I had broken the cover of my current bottle, so I ordered a replacement, and then saw the lovely pink bottle, so I ordered that as well. I love the larger volume and being able to have it all day at work, without having to refill water. So nice to not be using plastic!

Doesn't meet expectations
It leaks like crazy when it falls and then when it falls again the lid breaks off. Not worth the money spent. I was sad because I own the same brand but a different style of the top and never had this issue but haven’t found it again in stores

Worst Water Bottle Ever
This water bottle has leaked since the first time I used it. Unless I position it in the most specific position, it gushes water. I decided to buy this water bottle to expand out of my usual purchases of hydroflask or owala and I heard great things about this water bottle and was eager to try. That being said, I will NEVER buy this again. Just recently, it has started basically spraying water whenever the bottle is moved. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Being someone who has never written a review, let alone a bad one, please know I am not being dramatic, my experience has actually been terrible.

Lid breaks when dropped
Only lasted a week for us. The plastic lip that is next to the bottom sticks out so when it got dropped it chipped and no longer keeps the lid closed and rendered it trash.

What's not to like?! Nice stainless bottle to keep water cold. The lid has two openings so you can sip or chug it. And you've got a little side button to keep the lid locked over the spout! Perfect water bottle. Worth the money!!!

Broke after 4 months
IT was a very nice water bottle while it Lasted. It was easy to use and easy to clean. But the cap broke after 4 months so it leaked and we had to throw it out and buy a new one. We were disappointed.

Broken mouthpiece covers
I love my Blossom Bliss 22 oz water bottle. I carry it everywhere. This is my second Ello bottle. My problem is the pop top feature that covers the mouthpiece has broken on both, and I need a replacement tops. Where can I get them without having to get another whole bottle?

Purchased on 12/02/25 and the flap lid already broke. I think I may have swallowed the broken piece since it fell into the bottle. Just ordered 2 replacement lids just incase. FUN TIMES!!!

Scored this for $10 on a sale as my last min travel water bottle and I actually love this thing! It has a straw and cap for the mouth piece.. No need to twist off the cap to refill AND it fits in all cup holders. Some reviews say it leaks and i actually ran into that as well but figured out it’s the seal from opening the refill cap. Properly placed and it’s leak proof!
