Got a brand new Ice Flow bottle for christmas of 2025. Not even 3 months of use, it's already rusting. Understand that it's not "rust proof" but only 2-3 months of use and its rusting!

I didn’t like that fact that I ordered a gift form a big chain store and something was missing and instead of giving me my refund you only send me a new bottle which most likely won’t have a straw in it when I could just buy a new straw! But I expect a straw in the new order.

Great cup! Issue with the straw
Great cup! Love the size! I have several cups this size and love them all! This cup the straw is too short and constantly falls out of the top. Not sure if the style of the straw has changed but I do not enjoy this cup as much as my others.
