I feel like it works but it’s tedious to use 12 minutes regularly and the serum is an added expense

Bought this on impulse with a gift card. I only used it once and decided to return it after reading the enclosed insert and seeing more reviews. I didnt like the possibility for irritation or health impacts (ie if accidently used near thyroid or chest). Also felt there were enough reviews out there to suggest it doesnt work.

Too soon to tell but it's easy to use and feels nice.

I like this device. You need to have a serum underneath for it to glide properly. However, it takes a total of 12 minutes which is a long time. I'm returning it and am trying the full face mask, which takes a total of 3 minutes to use.

Love this wand. I could tell a huge difference after only a few uses. The size is great for storage.

Ive been building up a few minutes per day like the instructions say. I just did my first full 12 minutes, and I ran on to do my review. My slin feels like I've had a prefessional massage. It takes a few tries to figure out your best angle and mousture level for the serum, but not long!!

I love the wand, I have been waiting to post my review, this is the best one that you can actually put in to your face to prove for beauty, glow and trustworthy device.

I had this since last year at this time. I also got it on sale like it is right now so it's a very good deal if you get it for the half off price. That being said a year after using this at least 2 to 3 times a week, or more, the only attribute I can really give it is that it helps serums to sink in better. A snall imprivement on my finer lines. I don't notice any major diminishing of deeper lines or puffiness. Also, please be careful those of you who are using us on your upper eyelid, they do not recommend that! For under the eye puffiness yes, they say that's fine. You risk doing damage to your retina if you mistakenly think you can use this on your upper lids, so please do not!! (I was an optician who worked with eye docs for many years!) Do NOT risk your sight. I am 60 years old so maybe some of your younger ladies who are just getting your fine lines and wrinkles it might work on that. Mine are probably just too deep set at this point in life. But it is very soothing and like I said it does help the serums to sort of "infuse" into your skin.

I was skeptical of the quality and strength of this product, but I was wrong! It's great, easy to use and really works as advertised. Don't hesitate to treat yourself. This is a quality product.

Ive been using this for about 5 months and im very happy with it!! Best thing I could have bought my self!! I notice after using this my skin feels so soft and brighter. The warm light is really soothing on my skin and feels amazing. I even notice how great my skin looks after 2-3 days. Im impressed for sure and would buy this again. Mines holding strong and i havent had no issues since the day i got it. Im gonna review a update once its been a full year.

I am someone who had very bad acne, dark marks, breakouts, and oily skin. This product has been the only thing to truly help even my skin tone and clear/prevent future breakouts!!

I had my doubts though tried it, and am impressed with the outcome. It's easy to use with the timed sequences, full detailed directions and pictures, and works for multiple areas on the face and neck. I'd buy again!

I was able to purchase this during ulta's big 1/2 off sale added with my ulta points for $30. I got it for my 46th birthday in September. im totally in love. it really works. I have very puffy eyelids and its always really bothered me and the products (oh so many products...lol) really never made a difference. after 2 weeks of treatment with this device my bags have diminished nearly completely. it is awesome. -the other issue I've recently developed is hormonal cystic acne. I was so lucky I didn't struggle with acne when I was younger so this development was traumatizing. it was all over my chin and was spreading. The first time I used the wand the redness was diminished significantly. after 4 days of using the want it was nearly all gone, without very dark or red places left in its place. my son used it for his acne- once- and his blemishes were much decreased and the redness and irritation was visibly reduced all over his face its easy to use...be sure to have a CLEAR product (serum or oil) to help it glide. Clear so that the light isnt filtered or distorted for optimal results. I bought solowave's intended product from their website. it was a bit pricey but they did give me a discount promo code and a free facial mist.

I have been using the wa d for about 1 week. It feels warm and relaxing. My skin feel so smooth after using it.

This device is great for travel. It's compact and very strong. I enjoy the fact that the head swivels. I highly recommend.

I want to start off by saying I loved my previous generation Solawave. When it finally died I upgraded. At first I thought it was great, but now I can't get it to charge. The charger is super flimsy and has a very weak magnet that does not hold it in place. This is only my second charge, first time was no problem. Ive tried multiple outlets and charging hubs but cannot get it to work. I feel like this product downgraded their charging system and I may have to exchange since mine is still under warranty. This company needs to improve the charging of this device in the future because it should not be this difficult.

This light tool is completely ineffective. If you do research on light therapy, you'd find that you'd have to use this over your face for about one to two hours to get any effect! Get a full face mask or light panel instead.

These little red lights definitely can't penetrate through the serum. This product is a joke. If you want to use red light effectively seriously just go get a high quality red light therapy mat that covers your whole face. Products that work don't need to vibrate, use another product to "enhance", or advertise like crazy- they work on their own. Go gua sha your face with a nice serum instead of wasting time and money on this nonsense. This is giving red light a bad name. Shame on Ulta for selling this…
