Why can't it be both?! I love this misty toner for what it's done for my redness. Being a 40 something with acne isn't what I wanted for my life, but this mist/toner has absolutely helped. It's not drying like a lot of other toners, and the spray action itself is so gentle.

This mist is actually magic. My skin gets very sensitive and a bit red from using Tretinoin and this has been my holy grail to fix any irritation. Love to use morning and night!
