[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the flavor of this. It had a variety of profiles with a little salt, a little spice, + a whole lot of flavor! We used it on ground beef for tacos + it was delicious, but I definitely would like to try it over pork (for a more traditional recipe.) I really like the packaging, too, + look forward to trying more from this brand.

Quick and easy seasoning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good easy way to season meat. It is an interesting mix, it says it can be used for grilling meat. I used it to make slow cooker, steak birria. It has a good taste, not too authentic in my opinion though. It has a spice yet slightly sweet flavor. I added a few guajillo peppers to my stew to bring a bit more flavor. The ingredient list is simple and gluten free which is great. The packaging is very sturdy for a packet.

Diffrent method of birria
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an interesting seasoning. It doesn't taste quite the same as the original birria, but it is similar. The package instructions want it to be sprinkled on grilled meat instead of a broth. It's very new, but worth the try.

The packaging looks amazing and is definitely eye catching and makes you want to buy it. Overall it was easy to use, tasted great and is versatile for many different cooking options

Usually when I use ground turkey, I have to add extra seasoning because the meat itself isn't very flavorful, but I didn't need to do that this with seasoning. It blended into the meat really well and cooked up beautifully. It has a nice spice to it so I didn't end up adding any hot sauce which I'd normally do. The packaging is really attractive so I could see myself grabbing it off the grocery store shelf and it's also good quality and won't rip too easily. I would absolutely buy this.

I was never a huge fan of tacos but it definitely opened my eyes! I love the packaging and it is a decently good seasoning but I will probably need to make it tastier with following authentic ingredients.

Tasty, convenient birria flavor when the craving hits
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Birria is a Mexican stew or soup. It is made with chilis, cinnamon, cloves, cumin, oregano, and other spices with a nice heat kick. This birria seasoning mix is pretty spot on. There is a nice smokey taste to it also. It is great if you are craving the birria flavor, but do not have time to make the stew. I do wish it would thicken a bit when the water is added, but I can add a little flour or corn starch to thicken it. It is a nice tasty birria with a mild kick and you can't beat the convenience when you want that unique and tasty birria flavor.
