    Due to the bottle being broken upon opening and the shape of the bottle making it difficult to get out without the pump. I’m not sure how well the product works. Really disappointing this happened with both eye creams from bubble. Probably never going to buy their products again as I just bought 2 completely useless products :/

    This eye cream makes my eyes so itchy & irritated. The skin around my eyes is so irritated & I have welts. I started a couple new products around the same time & blamed them at first, but after not using this product for a few days, my eyes were back to normal. I tried it again this morning & as soon as I put it on, the skin around my eyed began to burn. I immediately cleaned the product off & within an hour my eyes now have welts and are itchy.

    Defective pump? Is the product halo empty?
