Q: Is this cup spill proof

A: The tag says that it is. The top screws on. On the inside, a straw attaches to the lid to line up with the top piece that you see in the pics. I just received it, so I have not tested it yet. I hope that information was useful, though.

The thermos is beautiful and big. It is 40 oz, the straw is attached to thermos so no spilling can occur and you have to twist to open and to close. So it has the extra security for liquids

The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars ifs because the design is super cute. Aside from that, this is NOT spill proof at all. It got knocked over while it was full and I ended up with a huge mess to clean up. Really disappointed.
