Love the product! Very comfy but the battery does not lost as long as it says it should. After 8 hours of talk time they are dead

A bit to get used to the fit. The sound is good deep bass can overwhelm them and does tickle a bit. The microphone is awesome the noise canceling works really well overall a would recommend this line of products to anyone with confidence.

I love the headset, just wish it was a tad big bigger. I wear it everyday for work and on the farm, it hurts my ears from wearing it all day. If it was just a smidge longer, I don’t think this would be an issue. It would be awesome if it was adjustable. Otherwise I am happy with them.

Very comfortable. You dont even know they are there. Can hear so much better than speaker type headsets.

Overall I love these OpenComm2 UC 2025 but the main reason I made the investment to buy them was to use for work. The button doesn't work for answering/ending calls or muting mic in Jabber/WebEx. That really doesn't do it for me so I returned them for a refund and bought Poly Voyager 5200. I really liked the way the Shokz fit and feel much better, too bad!

Actively tested the noise cancelation by using a bandsaw and reciprocating saw, and the person on the other end had no issues hearing me.

Battery life is shorter than 7 hours. . disappointing

I drive trk for a living this is my second pair, first pair I had for 3yr that should tell you wish u could pick what side you want the mic on left or right good customer service

Best investment I've made in hands free microphone. I'm a truck driver,need to keep hands on the wheel. I hear everyone and can hear me, except in strong winds. Music 🎵 sounds great too. They're not in the way, I can where my hard hat, talk to dispatch and still here what's going on around me.

Bone conduction was suggested to me several years ago as a way to safely ride my bicycle while enjoyng music or communicating with others. Now I have hearing aids and they are even more excellent of a design.

The product does not fit my head. They are constantly falling down causing the soundboards to sit either over my ear or the band falls down causing them to rise upon to my head. Not worth the money!

I had to go to these so, as I drive my concrete truck and wow . I can hear wonderful and my wife can understand me with all the noise of the truck . from 1 to 5 will give it a 5

got them for work and could not be happier with the product. it has all the features that you need working in a small office. the noise canceling mic helps a good bit. would defiantly would get one.

If I walk away from my phone or turn off Bluetooth without turning off the headset I have to unpaid completely to reconnect. Very frustrating. As for comfort, they are better than the heavy one sided headset but not great.

This is my third open comm and it’s not an improvement. I loved the first two. This one won’t pair to both my phones at the same time. The mouth piece is on the right instead of the left. I like my old one better but it’s 3 years old and worn out.

I like the Shokz product. They are fragile and last about two years. The COMM model with the microphone may last 18 months. The Shokz will work a limited time and will fail.

This is the 5th Open Comm set I've purchased, all have performed well, all the mentioned have my vote.

It wouldn't stay connected to my phone so I can't say anything about the sound or audio quality. The 1st gen shokz my son has picks up every little bit of background noises so I was hoping the new ones would be better, but since it wouldn't stay connected I don't know.

The audio isn't quite as good as my Open Run Pro 2. . . . . but it's adequate for phone calls and audio books. The only negative is the headphones will vibrate if the volume is turned up. . . it tickles and find that mildly annoying.
