    Can’t access product at the bottom of bottle

    Love the lotion but it’s really hard to get the lotion out of the bottom of the bottle when there’s about 1/5 left. Don’t want to waste product, so I spend a lot of time and effort trying to shake the bottom layer around so the pump tube catches it, or I use the pump tube to scrape lotion up to the opening. Please fix this. 😕

    Love the product hate the packaging

    It happens every time - you always lose about 25% of the product at the end, pump doesn't work when the product in the bottle gets low enough and it's impossible to get the last 25% out of the bottle. It feels so wasteful

    Scent too strong

    The balm feels incredibly luxurious. Glides on easily a d leaves the skin super hydrated. Unfortunately I do not care for the scent at all. It very strong and lingers. It reminds of that “grandma chic” fragrance vibe. Unfortunately I can’t use it.

    Glow in a Bottle, Hydration on Another Level.. Worth Every Penny

    I’m honestly obsessed with this body balm. My skin feels super soft, smooth, hydrated and glowy every time I use it. The texture is rich but not too heavy, and it melts so well into the skin. I have oily skin but this still works perfectly for me without feeling sticky. It gives my skin that healthy expensive glow and keeps it moisturized for hours. OSEA products never disappoint honestly 😍 definitely one of my favorite body products right now.

    This stuff is amazing!

    This is my favorite product so far! It moisturizes my skin unlike anything I have used before! After only a few days of using it, my crepey skin is already looking better :-) Also, just a little goes a long way. I will definitely keep using this product!

    I Want to Love it

    This product has all the right ingrediants but just does not rub into my skin properly. I am left with an oily feel which is nice if I am just getting done with a massage but for daily use I will pass. Sadly I am out the money on a product I won't use. My fault for buying without trying.

    OBSESSED 😍

    Love this so much!!! Finally found something that gives my skin the glow I want without smelling like coconuts. I still give this product a 10/10 even though the bottle/pump sometimes fails. I’ve resulted to using another bottle and hope they come out with a refillable option.

    The pump tubing is too short

    I am obsessed with this balm. The frustration I have and anyone else I know that uses it, is that when it gets to the 1/3 left amount the actual plastic tubing to the pump doesn’t reach the last 1/3. Having to open it every time and scrape some out or slam the bottle on my hand to get the lotion is such a chore! It’s not getting stuck, the tube literally doesn’t reach the product.

    Worst containers ever for this product. What a waste!

    The product is great but the bottles for this product is horrible. I can’t use the contents. The pumps do not work because product is too think and I can’t get into the bottle to get my contents out. Designated flaw that when I bought complained about and nothing. Can’t enjoy it and so frustrating to use.

    Pump is horrible

    The lotion itself is too oily it looks like cream in the bottle but when and thats when the pump works, it looks like the oil comes out of the spout but no cream. Now that im 1/2 way thru with the bottle the pump doesnt work at all!! And theres still a good amount in there, I tried holding it upside down and tapping the bottom to get it out...no luck! Its well over 30 days so I cant return it and not happy with the amount I spent on something I now cant use, I definitely do not recommend this product.
