East Oak Ridgewood 30" Electric Smoker with Leg Kit and Glass Door

The stand is worth the extra cost. If you have back problems or just looking for better comfort while smoking this is it. I have smoked successfully and unsuccessfully different items and learned every step of the way. Most enjoyable experience of messing up and learning new cooking techniques. Word to the wise, check water level every couple hours. I forgot and well lesson learned and sharing. The smoke box is easy to check and fill if needed. You will over smoke some food until you dial I. Your cooking style, do not give up. Friends worth every dollar and I love the glass to check water levels without opening the door. Now if they only offered dehydrating racks (hint hint hint) May your food be good and your curiosity stay wild.

Easy to use, very good smoker. Even a beginner like me looks like a Pro. The Window helps a lot and the legs on this smoker are a must have. Fortunately, they come with this version of the East Oak Ridgewood 30. a 5 Star smoker to me.

Quality seems good but time will tell Easy to assemble Worked very well Only drawback was inside smoking area was a bit snug.

Took about an hour to put together, then clean and seasoned it. I have smoked sausages and chicken thighs and both came out great. I will be smoking a pork shoulder soon and look forward to some great pulled pork.

Have used to my smoker to smoke, burgers, a wholechicken and a whole turkey. I love the convenience of the digital controls and are really plesed with the results of all of yhe meat that has been cooked in it.

I’ve had Pitt boss and Masterbuilt smokers and neither compares to the East Oak. It was packed better than anything I have ordered and the quality of the smoker is awesome. You can tell how well it’s insulated by how accurately it holds temp.

used the smoker today for the first time. all in all, very nice smoker esp for large quantities. we forgot to preheat it but the meat came out tender anyway. clean up is always an issue w grills and smokers but im sure we will figure that out. With a bit more user experience, we cant wait to use it for tgiving
