I actually liked the texture, taste and aftertaste. I did not feel like there was a need to add frozen bananas or anything to consume it. I used nut milk. You can use flax milk if you’re allergic to other things. I definitely will but if my Orgain is too expensive or out of stock. I’m going to say this flavor is highly recommended. No reflux, no weird smells, true products. I also appreciate the price point.

This is the absolute worst protein powder! The taste is awful, the texture is like having a mouthful of wet sand. No matter how many times I tried mixing it, it was still so gritty. I would give it 0 stars if that was an option.

I’m not that impressed with this protein powder. It has a very strong chai flavor and it is very hard to mix. I’ve tried a blender bottle and in a blender and it usually settles to the bottom each time.

I’ve tried so many protein powders, and finally found one that works for me! Truvani’s Vanilla Protein Powder blends really well with my almond milk—smooth and creamy with just a hint of grit at the end, but nothing that bothers me. The vanilla flavor is pleasantly sweet without being overpowering (I can’t stand overly sweet drinks), and best of all, it doesn’t upset my stomach or make me gag like others have. I use it as a pre- or post-workout snack, and it keeps me full and satisfied. I just ordered the chocolate peanut butter flavor and can’t wait to try it. So happy I found a protein powder that checks all the boxes!

This is good if you blend it and don't use a shaker. You also really have to mix in something with it like. I use a frozen banana, cinnamon nut, butter and a teaspoon of honey, ice/water. I also like this because it's listed on the clean project protein list, not having lead or arsenic.
