Boon Triful Stainless Steel Baby Formula Stacker and Dispenser

Top plastic broke not long after using. Did not drop it or anything like that to cause the break. Poor quality.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product. The threaded neck of the container cracked and broke during normal use, making it unusable and creating a potential safety concern. This was not due to misuse or dropping the product, it simply failed under regular handling in a short period of time. For a product intended for infant feeding, I expected much better durability and quality control. The broken plastic leaves sharp edges and raises concerns about long-term reliability. I am leaving this review in hopes that Boon will address this issue and improve the design or material quality. I would appreciate a response from the company regarding a replacement or resolution.

Lid broke. Bought another thinking it was just the first one maybe bad batch, second one also broke. Didn’t see the reviews until now. Will not be buying again

The plastic top broke off in shards and were in my baby's bottle. After looking into if mine was an isolated issue. Other reviews of this product were similar experiences. Do not buy this for your child. It needs to be recalled!

I was excited to use this dispenser but after putting it in the dishwasher for the first time the plastic lid broke

The plastic where the formula pours from, tends to crack a bunch and that means contaminating my baby’s meal with what ever shard that fell off and I’ve only had mine for two weeks. It’s a great product but maybe they need to design a phase two.

I've only had this product for a month and it broke on its own, without being dropped or mistreated.

I would really like this if the dispenser did not break incredibly easily. I came to write this review after it happened with BOTH of these that I bought, and now see if I had read the reviews I could have avoided this. Ridiculous that a baby product might accidentally get plastic shards in my baby’s bottle. These should honestly be recalled.

I was really excited over this product however it feel short. The plastic lid is not does not really close well. It already started to break. The ridges don’t really match up.

at first I like it but brakes so easily. I already purchased 2 and the same thing not even a month of using them that they started braking.

While about to make my baby’s bottle my noticed shards of plastic missing from dispenser lid. As a product for babies this is so unsafe and I’m seeing the same issue happening with everyone. This product needs to be redesigned, parents shouldn’t have to worry about shards of plastic in their children’s bottles.

At first it seemed like a convenient product for in the go but after 3 weeks the plastic top cracked and broke off. I feel like it was made of cheap plastic. Super disappointing because this wasn’t cheap.

Top plastic part broke - as others have mentioned, it broke within a week. Super disappointed because I like the concept of the stainless steel canister.

I loved this thing. like couldn't be more happy. until I did absolutely nothing and thr plastic spout broke while I was unteisting it. it fell into the formula. whatever the poly material is they use for the spout needs to be reformulated. so sad...

The stackable pods have been amazing for my wife and I for preparing for the day's bottles in advance. They screw on airtight as far as I can tell, and there's plenty of space to store each individual bottle's worth of formula. The only downside is that the plastic funnel cracks super easily. We bought two sets, and both are damaged after a few months of use. I don't think we've been over screwing the lid on, but both have cracked and one has chipped.

At first I loved this product but the plastic pour spout first began cracking all over and then crumbled into pieces and is now unusable. Only had product for 3 months my baby is just 4 months old. Never dropped it and always only hand washed so I’m disappointed.

I’m in love with this product. It is classy and the colors are awesome!♥️
