My son has been getting ear infections since he was a baby and he's 11 years old now. While this isn't a replacement for the treatment to get rid of ear infections, it definitely provides relief until you can get your child to a doctor. My child tends to complain of earaches late at night, after doctor offices are closed. A few drops of this and he's good until I get him to the doctor, the following day! There is no scent to this. It's clear and odorless. It's definitely worth whatever price is asked for it. When I run out, I plan to buy more.

He seemed to have gotten an infection, which is frequent in our household and was dealing with quite a bit of pain that was affecting him. The relief was temporary but it gave him hope and that was worth the price. It may have been a placebo effect, it may have worked. Either way I had an answer for him other than "let's wait 6 days for antibiotics to kill the pain off". I love the glass dropper, and it's convenient to carry with me. Can be used for both children and adults! It is going to come in a small box, with one ingredient. Lidocaine! I figured we can probably use this for other things as well, like on a bandaid possibly although it does warm not to place over blisters or large areas. This also worked for swimmers ear after the pool. I will keep this product on hand at our home. I cannot guarantee this works for everyone and their ear aches, as levels of others pain varies from what my child may have. But it does the trick for us in unison with medical care, and receiving proper medication such as Tylenol and whatever else we are prescribed.

This product is so effective, having kids who constantly have ear pains this product is a lifesaver! I would buy this over and over again if I needed to because it’s so worth it. My kids are very picky with scents and textures but this product is like nothing but feels like it works miracles! My son gets earwax build up and swimmers ear. I get ear pain when I have a cold. It works, if only temporarily. This would be good if a small child's ear is painful and they can't describe it. It's easy to use.

However I did end having to put a little extra in but that’s probably because the box lists them for kids. Another plus is that there is no strong smell!

This was super helpful for days 4-7! I’d definitely recommend it for minor ear pain and even swimmers ear pain. Both 9 year old girls got this in both ears at various times and reported that it took away the pain within a couple of SECONDS! I really love this product.
