Tree Hut Shave Oil - Golden Vanilla - 7.7 fl oz

Scent: This golden vanilla is fire. As in the the scent is spicy and it’s everything I want in a shave product! If you’re looking for a sweet gourmand vanilla keep looking. This is my favorite scent I’ve tried so far. It’s really complex and a bit of a baddie vibe to it. I really disliked the watermelon and Moroccan rose scents. This one is perfect. Formula: I’ve been using these tree hut shave oils for a while now! I can always tell when I don’t use them (travel or I run out). My skin is so much rougher, irritated, and bumpier. It’s expensive yes. I don’t believe this is wallet friendly. But I’ve got it in my budget and I will keep purchasing.

Love this oil little goes a long way .. better than shaving cream to me .. just wish vanilla smell was there it’s not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You can use this product wet or dry. I used it while in the shower. The product isn't thing like an oil but thicker which is nice because I feel I use less product but I don't feel I'm sacrificing anything at the same time. A little goes a long way. It also stayed on and moisturized skin until I rinsed off which doesn't typically happen with a foam based product. The smell is nice but a little potent, but didn't effect my allergies like some smells so I was able to over look this since it didn't have that allergy effect like some products do. Five stars all around.

I have used it a few times though and everytime I'm getting tons of ingrowns or strawberry skin after using it! I tried switching out my razor in case it was that but it kept happening to me. It may not do that for everyone but that's my only negative experience with it. I don't have sensitive skin but I probably wouldn't recommend this just because I got those ingrowns after and I've never had them on my legs until this product!

It's also super easy to use and glides on smoothly, so shaving feels fast and effortless. However the next day my legs felt a bit itchy, but maybe it was because I didn't follow up with moisturizer after getting out of the shower. Overall, though- I recommend!

Unlike shaving cream, shaving oil leaves your legs soft and smooth all day long! My husband felt a noticeable difference and complimented how smooth I felt all day! I will definitely be purchasing this instead of shaving cream. 10/10 would recommend.
