[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Barbie Brooklyn doll is really cute. Her face is so pretty and detailed, and I love the baby hairs and big eyes. The braids are a big plus too and look good right out the box. Her outfit is fun and girly. The sparkly pink skirt stands out and the little purse is a cute extra. She is a nice size for kids to play with and easy to hold. Only thing is the hair can get frizzy after playing with it, and I wish she came with more outfits or accessories. More movement in the joints would have been nice too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems to be a very well made doll. My daughter loves the hair and it even has the baby hairs, and beautiful make-up. Details like that mean a lot. It comes with 6 accessories. 1 of them is ear buds with a case that actually come out and go over he ears. Her arms and wrists bend making it easier to hold something. The legs also bend at the knees. There are a couple things I personally don't care for. The purse shoulder strap doesn't move and her shoes are the same shape, making it look like she's wearing the same side right shoe on both feet. Other than that, it seems to be a beautiful and well made doll.

The accessories are not too small, which makes them easier to keep up with during playtime. The doll is poseable and bends in several places, like at the knees. A big highlight is the doll’s hair. It’s easy to manage, holds its shape well, and doesn’t get messy or frizzy easily. The only downside she experienced was with the sunglasses—they didn’t fit the doll very well. Overall, this is a well-designed doll that’s perfect for younger children.

She comes with accessories to match her personality. Her hair is soft and able to be restyled. Her outfit can be interchanged with other Barbie besties clothes. She is a beautiful doll for imaginative play. My 6yr old loved her and immediately integrated her with the other Barbies. If you're an adult she also makes a pretty displaybdoll and can be posed as pleased. Highly recommend for any Barbie lover!

Her legs bend at the knees, so she is poseable. She seems more realistic in terms of size and proportions than your average Barbie. It reminds me a bit of the Bratz dolls, but much more age appropriate. Love how she comes with a bio/backstory about what she loves and her dreams for the future. My girls want to collect all 4!

She loves the earrings in Barbie ears. She likes the headphones she pretend they are listening to music with the radio. She also pretends that Barbie is hot and use the fan. She reminds me of the girlie LL COOL J rapped about “wearing extensions in her hair with bamboo earrings at least two pairs!” In her case, she’s got two adorable braided ponytails and one pair of bamboo earrings. She’s decked out in a pink and white cropped rugby, hot pink pleated miniskirt, and hot pink platform loafers and fully pose able. She comes with a purse, AirPods with case, portable fan, music tablet, and a microphone to belt out her favorite tunes! Most importantly, she’s body positive. My granddaughter loves playing with her and singing along with Brooklyn’s Dream Besties on YouTube. Will definitely be adding the other Dream Besties to her Barbie collection.

I had purchased another Brooklyn doll similar to this one. It’s nice for twins to have similar dolls with different makeup, hair and beautiful faces. I had purchased a core doll of a different skin tone before getting this, i love this line... My daughter loves the accessories and that the doll is shorter like a teen rather than average height like a regular barbie. We agree that the heads/faces are super cute however my daughter prefers barbie and skipper sized heads, easy to heat in hot water and swap. She enjoys all of the articulation these dolls have as do i, our play time is so much fun. The doll came exactly as shown in images with no damage. We are so happy to add to our collection. Please keep making this line mattel !

We loved doing “blogs” with the other dolls and propping the microphone any place possible. I do Wish the bottom was a suctioned so it would stay at a standing position better. This was great for my camera loving 6 year old because she thinks I should let her make a YouTube channel herself!
