I used the calm down cream, but it didn't work well, too. So my skin was red and irritated for several hours. Looks like I'll be sticking to my razor.

This cream works super fast and removes the hair gently without that strong, harsh smells some hair removers cream have. I am a late 30s mama and these little vellus hairs seem to be popping up all over the place. Thanks perimenopause. So I was ecstatic to try this…and…they’re gone! 5 minutes and I was able to wipe them right away. I have extremely sensitive skin and was nervous to try this but so far- so good? There was slight stinging throughout but nothing too terrible. The packaging is also fabulous and makes the product feel much more feminine and like a normal part of a beauty routine. However- the smell was rough for me. It sincerely smelled like the hit was being burned off my face and it was overwhelming. I almost took it off immediately. So! If you’re smell sensitive- this is probably not for you. Otherwise- it worked! The vellus hairs are gone. And my face is feeling less soft and fuzzy and more like me again!

My only drawback is the smell, which smelled like any depilatory cream, but a lot more subtle. Over all, I would recommend this cream!

It worked pretty well, I waited for around 5-7 minutes and removed. It doesn’t burn and doesn’t smell like a strong chemical at all! It honestly smells like a lavender shaving cream or something similar. The box also came with a tiny tube of aloe calming serum which was so cute. I really like it!

Really wanted this to work, it had good reviews and people said with their sensitive skin it was fine. That was not the case for me, couldn't leave it on more than a minute and still had a burn to my upperlip that was painful for over a week. Frustrated that you can't return used personal care items when they don't work after the first time and end up wasting money.

The peach fuzz on my upper lip and check effortlessly melted off my face after 10 mins. Very simply to use with instructions. There was a bit of burning as I applied the aloe cream afterwards, but that quickly subsided.

But I still use facial hair removal creams. I used to use Nair but after trying this one, I’m switching to it. Time is 1/2 what I was spending- only 5 minutes. Removed all the hair. Did not burn and doesn’t have unpleasant smell. No irritation or discomfort. Calming serum has a light pleasant scent and penetrated the skin quickly. Happy with it

I love all of their products so far I like the fact that it’s very easy to put on.
