A: We can only recommend using Air Wick Essential Mist refills in Air Wick Essential Mist Diffusers because they have not been tested with other diffusers.

Q: How long do the mist last before you have to refill them?

A: Thank you for reaching out. If the blue led light at the top of your Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser continues to show, however no mist or fragrance is released the refill may need replacing. Depending on the intensity of the setting selected this is typically between 16 – 45 days. There are 3 levels of intensity: min= every 17mn spraying 4 secs, med= every 12mn spraying 5 secs, max= every 10mn spraying 6secs. We hope that this information helps! Sincerely, Your Air Wick Team.

A: No it does not, although the package lists warnings about it being an eye irritant and keeping it out of reach of children and pets. There are other instructions, including use in a well-ventilated area, do not inhale vapor directly, do not use continuously & so on. These refills don't last 45 days. I've been rotating through different scents and timing schedules to see if I was just going crazy, but no. These rarely make it to 25 days before they start making an unsettling high-pitched noise when they start going empty. The batteries also don't last very long and replacing three AA batteries in multiple units also starts to hurt after a while. For the price, it's not worth it. You're better off using sprays or plugins.

Another reviewer had the exact experience. Batteries don’t last & mist is minimal. Hard to find troubleshooting for my model. I don’t have blue light- only gold top. I have gone thru many videos & repair sites. Nothing works!!!

Just bought one the other day,and i really like it,wish however there are more choices in the fragrances, and why are the fragrances always 2 or 3 mixed together. How about one fragrance per bottle, would love to see only Rose or only gardenia, or only honeysuckle.

I love these, but every month I'm throwing away a nice stout glass bottle and wick. Why can't there be available a large bottle of refill fluid to minimize the wastefulness of the glass. I understand the wicks eventually will wear, but something is better than nothing.

Probably one of the more unpleasant fragrances. This scent does not smell good. It’s almost disgusting. I think that I got it on clearance and now I smell why.

It's a lot more woodsy than lavender. I'm used to the lavender scent of the plug ins. Never had almond blossom mixed with lavender. When I sniff and scratched, a bit deceiving; didn't smell the woodsy part.

My air wick stopped working after the 3rd refill. The blue light comes on but no scent comes out. I replaced it and still the same with the replaced air wicks. Not happy with this product.

This is my favorite scent out of any others and I have 4 of these in my home. I’ve never had an issue with the mister like others report. I wish they would make this scent a candle or plug-in. People always comment on how amazing it smells.

I LOVE THESE. I wish that the fragrances were stronger. I have SEVERAL of these in my apartment. I have given one to several of my neighbors. I LIKE NOT HAVING TO SPRAY FRAGRANCES OR PLUG IN A FRAGRANCE OF SOME KIND INTO AN ELECTRICAL OUTLET. These are battery-operated and the fragrance just automatically appears every few minutes over and over again.

I purchased one and was so happy with product I purchased another 2. All was ok until i changed the refills. New batteries. The light comes on and NO MIST!!!!!!!. Contacted Airwick for any advise - no reply!!!!! Only 1 works and that struggles emitting the mist.
