Sprayed it on before we went to a wedding and I wore tight shoes. The skin on my feet did not hurt. The smell is t great because you have to use quite a lot and it gets foggy from the spray.

This product is a blend of arnica montana flower extract and 4% lidocaine among others that are well known for targeting muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and pain. Humectants like coconut oil, chamomile, and glycerin are included to moisturize feet and legs. The spray goes on cleanly and applies the product without any greasiness. I noticed immediate numbing to my sore knees. The directions say to apply 3-4 times a day. I did notice a difference, especially when applied before bedtime. It’s portable and the cap is child-proof— maybe a little too child-proof— but no worries about spills when toting this in your purse or gym bag.

It is an easy spray application that has a slight fresh scent to it. Easy to apply in the location needed. It has the 4% lidocaine in it to help relieve the pain in your feet or legs. The spray absorbs quickly and also dries quickly. No sticky or powdered residue either. I have bone spurs in my heels and this spray helps tremendously to help ease the pain and keep it at bay throughout the day!

It says on the can that it is for nerve pain and minor aches so I sprayed it on my left ankle and it absorbed quickly. There was not any stickiness to it or residue left behind. It was not greasy. I used it a few times a day. It worked ok but I don’t know if I would go out and purchase this when I could ice and elevate. If you can’t do this, the spray could be a good option.

The coverage of the lidocaine treatment for my foot pain was impressive and fairly gentle on my skin. My skin did not dry, which is key since I normally do indeed have dry skin on my body (not my face). This also makes it convenient for usage since I’m able to utilize it as often as 3 to 4 times a day as needed.

That will keep the little ones out of it I like that I don’t have to touch it with my hands I always worry when I have to put products on with my hands. It goes one dry not oily. The directions are not great I wanted to know if there was a distance I needed to hold it and if it needed to be shaken but the directions don’t exactly tell you how to use it.

I use topical pain relievers with and without lidocaine pretty often because I'm usually guilty of pushing myself too hard and prone to cramps and minor injuries because of it. Creams and rubs are fine but honestly they're messy and I hate rubbing them in and getting that sensation on my hands plus they usually smell like medicine. This spray is hands and mess free, easy to use, and smells fresh and clean. If you're looking for a great alternative to traditional pain reliving topical creams this is for is for you.
