Q: Even when I adjust the crotch buckle to be closest to my child , the bottom straps still goes over her mid thigh instead of over the top of her thigh closer to crotch. It’s uncomfortable. This doesn’t happen to other brands. Is this a design flaw?

Great crash protection

Saved my babies life!

Car seat is super safe when installed correctly and used correctly. My baby and I were in a terrible accident almost killing me and he didn’t have a mark or anything. 100000% worth every single penny every single time. Also this was the only car seat that stopped him from crying in the car so must be comfortable! Thank you Joie for keeping our baby safe!!!

Highly recommend

We got this seat for our daughter and i highly recommend. The ways to attach it into the car make it very secure. It’s super convenient to turn and get her in and out. We love this seat and will definitely be getting one for our 5 month old as he’s getting too big for his infant seat we previously had from Joie as well.

Came damaged TWICE

Arrived damage TWICE. Ordered it the first time and showed up with a broken box and the seat itself was scuffed and damaged. Returned and reordered thinking it was a one off and it arrived damaged again in the same spot! Be wary of ordering it online as it doesn’t seem protected in its box during shipping!

I wanted to love this car seat so badly however i opened the box and it was damaged so i returned it and got a new one of the same one and then i install it and read the manual and also watched a video on instruction how to install correctly, the anchor install method is unsafe, everytime i tightened the anchor belts it would detach from the anchors. then when i finally got it to stay after tightening.. i was driving down the road and the whole car seat was wobbly and one turn not even a fast or sharp turn. i was going pretty slow actually and the whole car seat tilted over with my baby in the seat. so i strongly do NOT recommend this car seat if you have cloth seats.

Best carseat ever!

The first one took a little time because it is a little different than the basic forward facing seats! Once figured out it was very easy and by far the best car seat I have ever owned. I bought a second one and it took all of about 5 minutes to set up and install. It is literally a “back saver” and so easy to place a child into the seat and spin to either rear or forward facing! This car seat gets a 10/10! Exceeds all expectations

I love this car seat and so does my baby! My parents have the Graco 360 and he puts up a fight in that one, but this one, I believe is so comfortable for him. Absolutely love it! 360 is game changer. You can pull the lever on one side and it’ll spin. Graco 360 you have to pull both to spin which is kinda hard when you’re carrying a baby. Love love love!
