Not sure what the other reviews are talking about! These are so good and everyone who tried them loved them. They don’t have a strong banana taste at all. If you mix the other bubs flavors into a candy salad it’s so fun and yummy.

Complete disappointment after the hype, not to mention the price paid. The absolute Squashies Over Bubs & Other Swedish Gummies club is now established. Who wants to be a member? Both Swizzels Squashies that are also sold as Smarties Squashies (British) and Bubs Godis (Swedish) dominate social media and specialty candy imports specifically because of their signature (foam) texture. On paper and in ads, they are sold under the exact same promise: a soft, pillowy, marshmallow like alternative to a traditional rubbery gummy bear. The Direct "Foam versus Foam" Showdown? Since these international candies are both presented as the ultimate marshmallow foam candies, comparing them is the most accurate test of a person's palate. The Bubs Side? Advertised as "fluffy foam", but as you perfectly noted, they use a plant-starch matrix that leaves them feeling like dense, dry, structurally rigid cake! The Squashies Side? Also advertised as a "semi-marshmallow texture", but because they use gelatin, they actually live up to the hype- they are genuinely squishy, soft, and melt away instantly. Side note: these "sweet" ovals are not very sweet. Team Squashies!

This flavor was terrible. I would not recommend it at all.

Perfect texture! Like a firm marshmallow. They don’t taste like banana, just fruity with a hint of toffee.

They taste very similar to the Swedish candy ones. I can see why some people may not like them. In my opinion they are great. The are soft and taste of banana and a hint of toffee.

The taste is very artificial. You get alot of Banana over Toffee, but its one of my favorite candies ever. They're soft, kinda like marshmellows, but a little firmer. (kinda like the soft gummies in a Haribro Gummy bag).

This tastes horrible! The texture is weird, and the flavors are just so strange. These are not made in Sweden by the way. I can’t taste much toffee flavor, and I really can’t taste any banana whatsoever, just some odd and sour flavor. You do get a good amount of candy in this bag, so that’s a plus, if you like this flavor. I usually get my Swedish candy from a candy store online, and I’ve had no complaints ever. I won’t be buying this Bubs flavor again.
