Quality

I purchased a similar CleverMade product a number of years ago. It was a good product, it held up for years. This recent purchase from CleverMade was surprising. The quality has improved to an incredible degree. The fabric is better, the handles have been improved and even the elastic that holds it closed when folded is stronger. I'm amazed. Thanks so much for an even better product than before.

Love these bins! Great for laundry, I also like to use them for cleaning around the house to carry things that belong in other rooms. They store so neatly! Exactly what I wanted.

Terrible Quality

Both of mine are broken in less than a year. From what I can feel, it seems as if hinges have snapped in half. Considering I only use these to carry laundry to and from rooms and they are collapsed and stored away when not being used, I’m very disappointed in the lack of quality.

Quality and style isn't great, but it does the job

I wish this was as nice as the smaller tote sold my clevermade. The design of the tote is nicer with leather handles, the pattern is more attractive and the thickness of the fabric. It's sort of backwards because the larger the basket, the sturdier it needs to be.. but this looks and feels cheaper all around. I also don't like that it's sold in a set. I have limited space, which is why I'm purchasing a foldable laundry basket, so I don't have room to store 2 of them :(

Great product & great customer service

I purchased a set of laundry baskets and one had a defect. Customer service was great about replacing it and I love the baskets. They seem sturdy and durable and they're the perfect size. Living in a small apartment it's wonderful to be able to collapse it.

Perfect tote

I use my Clevermade basket to take my clean clothes upstairs. It is so handy and allows me to keep my laundry basket purely for my dirty clothes. Then, I just fold it up and keep it by my washer/dryer. Love it!

Best Space Saving Baskets

These baskets are huge when open and flat for storage in my small laundry space. They slide right between my washer and dryer! We love CleverMade products and when we had an issue, they made it right within 24 hours by sending us a replacement product! Can't beat a company who stands by their product and customers!
