Send your taste buds to outer space! 🚀 This product has an unbelievable taste with a hot kick at the end. I had on cheeseburger but I think it would taste even better on an Egg & cheese sesame bagel sandwich which is my all time favorite sandwich. This sauce can be used for breakfast items too! Definitely going to dip into homemade homefries this weekend! Go get this product!

Better than plain mayo!
Tasty sauce that enhances even a basic turkey sandwich! Clearing out my fridge one night... used the last of my multigrain bread, tomatoes, sweet peppers, turkey, cheese (I was out of lettuce, spinach, cucumbers) - but this sauce brought it all either for a DELICIOUS sandwich!! My bottle has been in the fridge for a couple weeks, as I use it sporadically, and it's still creamy - not oily or separated like others have mentioned (sounds like those bottles may have been in stored improperly prior to refrigerating maybe). I'd buy this again and even looking at other flavors - better than using plain mayo!!

Lovely flavor, ungodly amount of oil
Decided to try this and the dill mayo since they were in store. The dill mayo has the correct consistent and tastes awesome. This one tastes just as good! It’s spicy, and a nice flavor, but it has SO much oil! Every bottle on the shelf was separated completely so I figured it needed to be shaken well when I got it home. Shaking it in the hotel wasn’t enough to re-emulsify it. So I poured it out to whip it up and then put back thinking it would stay together like Mayo should. It comes together and is more of a sauce consistency even after spending all night in a fridge but immediately separates. I like it so I’ll deal with pouring out what I want, mixing it together, and using it as I wish but that’s why I gave it such a low rating.

It seperates quickly.
This is a delicious saucy spread for sandwiches and burgers. The flavor is great and I love the little spicy kick ... but, and this is unfortunately the reason I probably won't buy it again, there must not be anything in it that acts as an emulsifier. Within only a couple weeks of purchase, (and it's always stored in the fridge and promptly returned to the fridge) the sauce separated into oil/chunks. I still have most of the bottle left, but it looks unappealing now and it tastes more like just oil than like a spread. What a bummer because I thought it was an awesome new product at first and I thought the flavor was worth the higher price tag.

Didn't like it
I am not sure what all the hype is with this. Or it's just me. I didn't like this. The strongest flavor was oil and then I just tasted chopped up vegetables. It just didn't have much depth of flavor. And plus it's expensive.

This mayo is incredible. It is spicy and flavorful and we consumed the entire container in a week. We are putting it on everything. And I even bought Molly Baz’s first cook book I was so inspired
