Poor delivery
Giving a low rating because Targets return and delivery was horrible. I should have returned it in the store instead of using their website like they suggested. This item came all banged up twice with a ripped and torn box.

The worst customer service you could imagine
This review is a complaint towards target (not the item) Bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife, they sent me a smashed up and completely opened box (and only shipped it in the manufactures box not a target box) it looked like it came from Goodwill. it was raining and snowing when delivered so the box and the actual machine was completely soaked. I called customer service multiple times and they couldn't have cared less about the situation. All they did was use their famous words "I apologize for your frustration, i can send you a return shipping label" the first agent that I spoke to told me that they'll refund me without needing to return if they see proof of the damage, and for me to send pictures (so I did) just for them to come back and tell me to ship the item back for a refund! Why would you ask me for photos and waste my time if It was going to be the same situation? They have no consideration and it's like speaking with robots, they all use the same words and pretend like they want to help but offer nothing. This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas gift for my wife, but because it came in the manufacturer box, that idea is gone and I'm no longer keeping the item. My job is to buy the item, not to call customer service 3 times, or drive to target, wait in line, and wait for my refund to hit my account in 10 days. Oh I forgot... they offered me a $5 gift card for a destroyed $180 item and for a ruined surprise. Thanks a lot target, you guys never disappoint! Also thanks for the Black Friday "swag bag" can't lie, I really enjoyed waiting in the cold for a pack of Uno cards and a dollar store makeup. The photos I attached is the exact way I received it

Broke After 2 months
I absolutely love making Creamis but our machine broke within about 2 months of owning it. We contacted Ninja and they sent us a replacement but we had to pay $22 for the new machine and the only things included were a new machine and new paddle. I’m hoping this new machine works longer than 2 months otherwise we paid for some really expensive ice cream haha!

Only actually worked about one out of every ten times I tried to turn it on. Tried unplugging it, plugging it back in, re-seating the base, etc - still would not work consistently. I had to return it to Target.

Arrived torn open with spilled coffee
Can't speak to the actual product as I bought this as a Christmas gift. It arrived in the original packagaing which was completely torn open with damage from what appears to be coffee. I contacted costumer service and was told I need to ship this back in the mail before getting a replacement despite a destroyed box. They could not give an eta on when the replacement would arrive and just kept restating the store policy on the website. When I asked to speak to a manager to inquire about returning this to a store, I was hung up on. You'd probably have better luck buying this from Amazon. It looks like they ship this in an actual shipping box.

I CANNOT give this as a gift, look at how it arrived today- the box is almost totally DESTROYED, each corner is smashed, huge rips in the box and you can see the insides! I can’t imagine the product is intact and will work. Now it’s on me to have to return and replace it— DO BETTER!
