My new Roku TV

Love my new TV. It's a lot bigger than my old one and the clarity is beautiful. I guess I never realized how dull my old tv was until I saw my new one. The set up would've been a lot easier if not for my internet carrier. They were the ones that made the process so difficult. When I had a problem after their rep left the house I called the Roku help line and within 30 seconds they had me straightened out. Thank you, Roku. .

Great Picture Quality! Software needs work.

Picture sharpness and color are outstanding but the home screen streaming options need work. "Top Picks" includes shows I've already watched which makes no sense. "Continue Watching" doesn't include all my frequently watched shows or content from streaming channels I pay for. "For You" has similar problems. The software in general doesn't remember my viewing habits.

WAY better than Samsung

I was skeptical of all the reviews that talked about how simple setup and use was. I've been a lifelong Roku BOX fan, but always assumed the TVs would be a disappointment. But the reviews are right. SUPER easy to setup and use. It's even got a nice "inputs" button where you can map the HDMI inputs in case you use other inputs like antenna or laptop. ONLY complaint is adding channels...they REALLY want you to use channels like "Apple TV on Roku" vs. the real Apple TV. I literally had to use AI to figure out how to get my "real" channels that I already have subscriptions for. VERY annoying time suck. But otherwise, super simple, WAY WAY better than the ultimate "clunk" Samsung. I'll never get another Samsung "Smart" TV which has an almost unusable interface.
