UPPAbaby Remi Travel Crib & Standard Playard - Wells

I would 100% buy this pack and play again. My daughter is 19 months now and we got it as a gift before she was born. We used this exclusively as the bassinet during her first three months. Then we used it for her to sleep in when traveling to my parents or the in-laws. It is firm, yet comfortable. She never had any trouble sleeping in it. When it was in our bedroom the first three months, we also used the changing table attachment, which I would also recommend if you plan to use the pack and play like that. It was amazing to have that setup in the middle of the night! Now I am pregnant with our second child and we plan to use it in the same way! It is SO easy to put up and take down. After almost two years of use there are no issues.

The best thing about this is how quick and easy it is to setup and take down. It can be done in seconds! Cons: 1) It is not a standard mattress size so mattress upgrades are unrealistic and sheets are hard to find. 2) I don't like how you have to strap in the mattress. That defeats the perk of a quick and easy setup. I want to just lay the mattress in there and be done with it. 3) bottom frame is an 'X' so the edges do not have a lot of support when my LO sleeps there. I hesitantly recommend

We love our other uppababy products and so I had high hopes for Remi. The mesh is extremely flimsy and tore after a month of use. We got a replacement shipped to use and the same thing happened again. Very very disappointed, I expect something far sturdier for the pricetag

We purchased the Remi Pack and Play because it was easy to set up, featured a bassinet option, and included a canopy—which was important to us since we have a cat and were concerned about the cat climbing into the crib or bassinet. . However, the bassinet was held up by zippers and was unstable. Every time our baby kicked or moved, the bassinet would shift, waking the baby up. The instability also caused the baby to turn onto their side. This issue led us to quickly switch to a bassinet from another brand. Once our baby outgrew the bassinet, we removed it and used the Pack and Play. Unfortunately, the sleeping surface was very low to the ground, making it difficult to use, especially with the canopy installed—it was challenging to get the baby in and out. Additionally, the sleeping surface was uncomfortable and rough(even with the thin sheet) which we noticed damaged our baby's hair. Overall, I am very disappointed with this product. Considering the high price tag, the quality and usability did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Anyone that's looking for a playard, bassinet, or travel crib should look no further and get this!! It's easy to setup and pack down for either moving to different parts of your home or taking it on the go.

I was really excited to see someone bought this for us from our registry. We just got it today and after setting it up and locking the bottom in place, the pack n play doesn't sit flush on the floor. I can still push down on the middle of it and it moves a bit. The sides are all locked into place but this doesn't seem 100% right

This was a gift on our registry and I loved the bassinet add on! We looked for items where we were getting some major bang and longevity for our buck- this does it. We put this right next to our bed and our babe is 6 weeks old now and has been next to our bed in this comfortably! I put the organic cotton around the bassinet mattress and tucked the sides tight! This item is also very user friendly. Play pens from my 17 year olds days were so hard to fold up- this one is awesome! Don't hesitate!

Perhaps I shouldn't be this enraged BUT… The bassinet does not accommodate a sheet, but it desperately needs one. The bare mattress is about as soft as a car floor mat, and my baby's eczema flared up immediately on first use. Second use, baby spit up. Sure the mattress cover "is washable" but good luck drying it before the next nap. I'm about to throw the whole playyard in the trash to buy one with a freaking sheet.

We mainly kept this in the living room. The grey color was neutral and didn't clash with my decor. When my daughter was an infant, I felt comfortable having her in the bassinet while I was folding laundry nearby. When she was bigger, she would lay in the playard with some toys and roll around. We also used the accessory that held diapers and wipes along with the changing station, which made it so convenient not having to go to the nursery upstairs. We will be bringing it with us to visit the grandparents soon. Love how it folds and unfolds so compactly with its own storage bag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the chance to test out the UPPAbaby playard thanks to the Stellar Testing Panel, and I quickly decided I would be donating my previous playard and only using this one! We went on a road trip the week after receiving it so I had several nights to test it out and get a feel for this product. My favorite feature is the easy set-up/take-down. I literally was able to do it one handed, all it takes is a simple push down to set up and a pull up on the handle to take down. The mattress seemed comfortable, is Greenguard Gold certified, and has clever velcro areas that the included organic cotton sheet attached to so there are no worries about the sheet coming loose and causing suffocation. My next favorite feature has to be the zipper on the side for closer access to the mattress, I know I will use this while I?m camping and sleeping on the ground next to my babies for quick transfers to and from the playard. The one downfall with this playard is that it is decently bigger than others when folded up so just be sure to note that when considering storage space. There are also snaps along the top of the railing but I could not find in the instructions what they were for. My baby is too big to have tried out the bassinet but I did set it up and am looking forward to testing it with our next infant!

I have two kids (4 and 1) and we travel frequently, so I have my fair share of experience with travel cribs and playards. Let me tell you, the REMI is a step above anything I've used in the past. Here are my thoughts: Pros: - SUPER intuitive to set up and take down (you literally just push a button down to set up and pull a handle to take it down - that's it!) - The mattress is super breathable and WASHABLE (not just the sheet, the actual mattress) - Comes with a super-soft organic cotton sheet that my son seemed very comfortable sleeping on. It has held up well in the wash so far - One of the side panels unzips to allow easy access to the baby (or in our case, to allow big sister to crawl in and play with/steal her little brother's toys when I'm using it as a playard) - The see-through mesh on the sides makes it really easy to set up a video baby monitor when traveling (this might seem small, but the amount of times I've struggled to find the right angle for the monitor while traveling with other travel cribs is not small) - Compact fold, despite being roughly the same size as similar travel cribs, it folds up marginally smaller and is significantly lighter - Beautiful finishes: the fabric is high quality and a beautiful color and the leather handle and labels are a nice touch - I like that it is Greenguard Gold certified, keeping my kids sleep and play environments as healthy as possible - It comes with a bassinet attachment that is very easy to install/uninstall once the playard is set-up. My son had outgrown this feature by the time we received the REMI, but I can see us using this in the future. I love how the attachment easy packs into the carrying case for travel (and can be removed once no longer needed) Cons: - The carrying bag seems a bit flimsy and I wonder how long it will hold up when we inevitably check it as luggage for airline travel - This playard is definitely more expensive than a traditional playard/travel crib, but the beautiful design, ease of use, and quality features warrant paying the premium, in my opinion I didn't think the perfect playard/travel crib existed. I've tried so many over the years. The REMI is about as close to perfect as I've seen. If you're looking for a beautiful, functional, safe, environmentally conscious playard, look no further than REMI.

My favorite feature is the mesh panel on the side. This makes the process of setting a sleeping baby down MUCH more manageable and prevents them from being startled awake! We traveled a few times after receiving this playard and it was a breeze to travel with, set up, and break down in small spaces. I also appreciate that the mattress is Greenguard Gold certified and the peace of mind that comes with it. The quality is definitely something I expect from UppaBaby and will definitely use again in the future.

First it is compact, folds up into a carry case, comes with infant bassinet and a sheet for the pad. The infant bassinet folds right up and fits in the carry bag so you don't have to carry more than one piece. It is SUPER easy to set up and take down (just push the middle down and it locks into place). I also love the zip side entry so I don't have to bend over the side when trying to put my baby down for a nap. The mesh mattress pad is breathable for piece of mind when babes rolls onto his stomach!

Far and away the easiest pack and play/Playard I have ever handled. It is as simple as pulling it out of the package, pushing down the center and done. No dealing with jammed buttons or difficult joints. It is super lightweight, so I loved that for portability/packing purposes; between that and the sleek design, it travelled really well. The mesh bottom cushion and walls are light, breathable, and super comfortable. This is quality product and it shows. My favorite part is that it unzips in the front of the mesh wall to allow baby to move in and out as they please (super handy while we were out of town). The color Stella is a light-medium grey: very pretty and goes well with most room color schemes, yet not too light that it shows every spit up or smaller stain. Overall, I am blown away by this Playard and would recommend it to everyone.

My three boys have all thoroughly enjoyed this playard and I love how nice it looks up in our house with the rest of our stuff. I don't mind it being out all the time since it goes so well with our decor. I have an 11 month old, a 2 year old, and a 4 year old. We used this playard mostly for containing the 11 month old when I needed to get things done around the house and didn't want him constantly going to the stairs to climb them. He also napped in it a few times at people's houses (we just brought the playard with us). My older two children also really enjoyed crawling in and out of it, playing games in it, and pretending to sleep in it. My two year old especially enjoyed practicing zipping the front flap open and closed. It kept him entertained for awhile, which was nice for me! My baby was too old for the bassinet attachment, but I did set it up initially just to test the ease of set up and see what I thought of it. I loved that with the bassinet attachment on, I could still access the underneath part of the playard easily through the flap that zips open. I can see how I will use it with any future baby I have to store their diapers, wipes, extra clothes, and pumping/nursing supplies under it while using the bassinet part for naps and potential diaper changes. The bassinet attachment was also very easy to zip on. I had a little bit of trouble zipping it around the corners and had to have my husband help hold it while I zipped, but it wasn't too bad. Once I did it once, I could probably do it without his help next time. The set up in general for this playard was beyond easy. I loved how I could just pop it open and closed so easily, which made it nice for quickly packing up to take with us to friends houses and for moving it between floors of our house. At times, it was a little tricky to lock the middle part, but it wasn't too bad. It's lightweight, so moving it around the house or traveling with it is very convenient and easy. It also comes with a great travel bag to store everything, including the manual. The mattress for this playard is much more comfortable than the playard I had with my other children. I would actually sleep on this mattress myself if it were big enough. It feels padded and more like a typical mattress than other playard mattresses I've experienced. My baby had no problems napping in this playard and the best part of this mattress/playard was that you can velcro the playard sheet to underneath the playard. That way the sheet doesn't come up and it's taut and safe. I felt way better about him sleeping on this mattress knowing that the sheet wouldn't bunch up. I do wish that it came with an extra sheet, because I didn't have other sheets that would fit this playard and it feels like I have to change sheets quite often with babies and toddlers. Overall, I love this playard and love that all my children from my 11 month old to my almost 5 year old enjoy this playard. It's convenient and great to travel with. Lightweight, looks great in my house, and I especially love the easily accessible flap that zips open in the front so my children can get in and out easily on their own. My baby thoroughly enjoyed just crawling back and forth into the playard, which was so cute to watch. I highly recommend this playard and am so thankful Stellar panel sent us one to test.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This playard is awesome! The materials are so luxe - I have no problem keeping this out in my living space. It is also extremely easy to set up and take down. I love that it came with everything you need as well - bassinet, sheets, carry bag. Such good value. The bassinet attachment is awesome - so nice that it is included for the first few months. The breathable mattress is a really nice feature (and yes, it's still comfortable) and the sheet that comes with it is top quality and so soft. We also loved the zip down door. I used it primarily with my older 2 year old so that she could get herself in and out (she's at the climb over the side age, so the little door is much safer). The only drawback is that this playard is slightly heavy. That being said, it's sturdy. It has held up just fine when traveling, including a few plane trips where it was checked and survived airport handling! They don?t pop up right, they are clumsy, you have to hold it right to pop up the arms to push the bottom down, and they aren?t comfy at all for a baby who needs to sleep in a different location. My life was changed when the Stellar product testing panel reached out to me about trying the new Uppababy playard. As an uppababy lover already, I was intrigued but didn?t have high expectations because I had yet to try a non clumsy/awkward playard yet. When it got here, I was in love with the neutral gray design. It was so beautiful with no ugly designs! I was able to set it up with one hand by barely pushing the handle down too! Expectations already exceeded. The mattress? breathability was a huge selling point for me as a safety feature for my baby. On the portable bed I had before, it is easy for them to roll to the cracks and not have that same breathability and become a safety issue. The organic cotton sheet was really nice to have too and soft! After I figured out how to change the mattress from bassinet to playard, it was so easy to pop down and Velcro down. I also love that it is Greenguard gold certified! I?ve already taken it on an overnight trip and my baby slept much better than they normally would on a trip! The mattress was comfortable like the one in her regular crib. Plus it was so easy and convenient to bring. We also set it up one night in our room when we needed to keep the baby close and it was convenient for a middle of the night set up and it looked attractive if we wanted to keep it up a few days. The only thing on the whole playard that I would change is the cover on the outside. I like the double handles but the material seems cheap and like it wouldn?t last very long especially for such an expensive purchase. BUT that being said, that has nothing to do with the bed itself and in my eyes, that is perfect. I am a HUGE fan of this new Uppababy Playard and it will now be on my list for every new mama. Since this is a necessity in my opinion with a baby, you might as well get the good one to last for many years to come. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard. It surpassed my expectations from the second that I opened the box! I have a 6 month old and a 2.5 year old and I used the playard for both of them on a week long trip. The bassinet is SO simple to install/uninstall- you can easily zip/unzip it and it takes less than 30 seconds. We had the baby nap in it during the day and our 2.5 year old sleep in it at night and it was so easy to change back and forth between bassinet mode/full crib size. My 2.5 year old slept comfortably and was not at all cramped for space! Set up/take down is seamless- it takes maybe 2 minutes I total?! So so easy. I loved that it has a breathable and Greenguard Gold certified mattress and as an added bonus, the sheet that it comes with is great quality and feels very comfortable (I washed it multiple times during our week long trip and it looked good as new!). The travel bag that it comes in sturdy and easily zips open/closed (my previous playard bag broke on my first travel so I was particularly invested in having a durable bag!). We checked the playard on the plane and got it at baggage claim completely intact and unscathed! I will be recommending this playard to anyone and everyone that I know, I?m obsessed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had a the same pack and play for 6 years, but when I had the chance as a Stellar Reviewer to try the Uppababy Remi, I jumped at the chance. The Remi is SO much easier to set up than the standard pack n play. theres no fumbling with the sides, you simply push one handle down in the middle and it secures! We didn't need to use the bassinet attachment since our baby is 1 and standing up, but I tried it anyway for a friend and it was extremely easy. This would be worth every dollar to a new mom who needs to set up a bed QUICKLY and simply when traveling with a newborn, or any baby! The mesh mattress helped put me at ease when my son sleeps on his stomach, its so breathable, and comfortable! There is no easier playyard to set up or take down, and I am THRILLED that this grows with my child, because he is already off the charts in size. This might be my favorite member of our family!

The side of the play yard unzips for easy access, which is particularly handy with a baby who struggles with being transferred. The mattress is washable, which is probably my favorite thing ever. The whole thing can or set up one handed, and I?ve done it in 2 minutes flat. My daughter actually sleeps better in this than her actual crib. My biggest problem with it is that I got it too late to test out the zip on bassinet! It seems super cozy and secure, but we never got to try it out. Bummer, but maybe we?ll get to use it for another baby someday!
