Q: What about the baseboards. Is there an adjustment as the top would be wider than the bottom.

  • A: Thank you for your question. Yes as long as the spindle is a flat even surface and can fit a 1.5 inch wall cup that the bumpers sit into.

Adult proof

Decent gate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good gate for permanent use, as it is meant to be anchored to the wall for safety. (I would not plan to use it temporarily for this reason.) The gate feels snug to the wall and the height is appropriate for the target age range (up to 24 months). No assembly was necessary on the actual gate, but there are screws needed to anchor the gate to the wall and screws were not provided. Locking the handle locks is easy, but it is a bit more difficult to release the handle. I find it a little hard to grip the handle to pull out. All in all, it is a decent gate, though not the best out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This baby gate is overall very good. It’s lightweight, adjustable to many different size doorways and doesn’t need to be drilled in. The clean white finish goes with my decor and doesn’t clash with anything. It’s easy enough to get the hang of, but I feel like it’s a tad cumbersome to use on doorways that you frequently need to enter and exit. For doorways that you just need to keep blocked most of the time though, I think it’s great.

Easiest install ever!

We have used other baby gates in the past that took forever to figure out the install, but this one took less than 10 minutes. It’s made from recycled plastic so it’s super durable and sturdy against pets and kids. We can move this around he house as needed to keep our kids contained!

Easy to install gate

It was extremely easy to install and didn’t cause any damage to our walls or door frames, which was a huge plus. The gate fit our doorway perfectly and feels very sturdy and secure, while still being lightweight enough to open and close easily with one hand. I also love that it’s made from recycled plastic. It looks clean and modern while being eco-friendly. It’s held up well to daily use and gives us real peace of mind keeping our toddler safely contained.

Pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gate is pretty good. It’s made of plastic, but it’s durable. When it’s installed properly it feels stable, but if you don’t line up the gate just right with the holders on the door frame then it can be a little wobbly/moveable. It does what it’s supposed to (except my 2 1/2 year old figured out how to climb it unfortunately), but my 1 1/2 year old stays safe and blocked in when the gate is up since he can’t climb over it like his brother. My only complaint is with the gate holders that go on the door frame because it only comes with one set so the gate can only be used in one doorway. I haven’t checked if they sell more of the gate holders separate, but I may look into it since it would be nice to move the gate to different doorways for situations when I want to mop and I don’t want my toddlers walking on the wet floor. Overall, it’s a good gate and serves its purpose!

Great Gate

It was very easy to install, I didn’t have to use any of the extra pieces that it came with. Only Con is you have to step over it and that’s not for everyone.

It’s lightweight and easy to move around, and it does the job of blocking off a space. However, the fit wasn’t perfect for my doorway, and it took some adjusting to get it to stay secure.
